I parked where I was told to by the owner, checked, and had my car towed. The apartment complex told me that the owner of this vrbo is not allowed to have give parking passes, and your car will be towed. I paid $438 and the owner said i would be refunded, but has not refunded me and stopped communicating.

It all began with a wrong description of the property location, the title says it is located in Topanga and the property is located in west Hollywood, so we lost 1 hour of our time going to the wrong place. The check in was the worst check in process ever, the owner doesn’t know how to explain to the guests, and the building is a completely labyrinth, so we spent another hour trying to find the apt. The property looks new and big, but so cold and it just had towels, no water, no soap, no shampoo or conditioner, the tv's were just mounted on the walls, they don’t work, the internet doesn’t work either. In conclusion, I will never book it again, terrible experience!

Jean’s condo was a beautiful property in a super convenient area. It was a 2 minute walk from the Grove. Everything you need in LA is typically within 30 minutes. Place was super clean, very spacious. We had a party of 7, and there was still space for more people if needed. Had a great time! Jean was also super helpful and replied very quickly. No hiccups at all!
