It was spacious, quiet and a lovely place to stay.

We had a little problem with the under floor heating, was a little too hot the owner tried to sort it but it got hotter.we opened windows but would I go back again YES.

The location and the accommodation were excellent

We absolutely loved our stay, facilities were excellent, very clean and comfy, lots of lovely places to visit in the area, loved the ice-cream farm, would love to return

Patty’s Barn is in a lovely location, close enough to transport links to make it possible to base there and visit the more southern parts of the Lake District in a day. Super quiet rural location made evenings and sunsets a pleasure. The accommodation had everything we needed, was comfortable and clean. The swing at the west end of the building and the sheep were a nice feature too. Kids and adults both loved them!!
