Great location. Plenty of space inside the property. Interior was nicely designed. Plenty of towels. Kitchen is well equipped. All the books and games provided in a big bookshelf was a great touch. And thank you for allowing us a few hours extra late checkout!

Only negative was that the 3 bedrooms aren’t all full size double beds. One is a small double / queen bed so was quite uncomfortable for 2 adults to sleep in. The bunk bed room is off one of the double bedrooms so the adults staying in the small double couldn’t have used this room either as if they got up in the night they’d need to go though another bedroom to access a bathroom and kitchen.

Great location in the City Centre. Parking opposite was convenient. The house worked well for two families to have their own space. All in all we really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Paying additional for parking although we were fully aware of this prior to arrival. Only a few small things: The living room is a bit small for amount of people. We moved one sofa round and this layout worked much better for us. Toilet flush downstairs was a bit hit and miss and extractor fan didn't appear to be working. The TV signal was poor. A DVD player might be a good addition for the kids in particular.

Seating uncomfortable and did not accommodate all members of the family. Garden was not secure for the dogs. No spare toilet rolls' kitchen paper' no toilet cleaner.
