Staff are amazing!

It’s rated very high, but it doesn’t really match the stay. It was ok, but not very comfortable. Very basic.

La struttura in sé, dalla "capanna" romantica dove abbiamo dormito all'esterno con la veranda per le colazioni o il patio allestito con lettini ecc. Curiosa la possibilità di consegna a domicilio della pizza, che non è affatto male. Molto gentile e disponibile Anthony

Forse un po' fuori mano: i due kilometri per il centro non sono il massimo (e anche il centro in fondo non è chissà cosa)

Nicest aspect was definitely the staff, very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious enough, and the breakfast was actually delicious (even for vegetarians). Great establishment!

The only thing that could improve was the air circulation in the rooms. The small fan helped but in general the air was a bit stagnant.

Very far from Mount Kilimanjaro, tours very expensive, flush was not working but fixed later, very cheap products like tissues and soaps

Small green heaven in dusty Arusha town, with a cosy garden and restaurant area, good wifi, nicely decorated rooms and delicious breakfast. The owner is super helpful when it comes to arranging things for you! Would recommend staying here

Serengeti Villa is charming in every way and Anton and his team are extremely welcoming.

Sehr freundliches Personal und Gastgeber, helfen dir bei allen Anliegen (z.B. Transfer zum Flughafen, Abendessen bestellen, etc.). Großes Zimmer mit gemütlichem Bett. Exzellente Frühstücksauswahl.

- very special decorated hostel with many paintings, plants and relax areas - very comfortable beds, bathrooms (with alot of hot water!) and rooms which look like exactly as on the pictures - very clean hostel with friendly employees - very delicious breakfast which was included with bred, omelettes, pancakes, potatoes, vegetables, fruits, juices, coffee and tea

Très jolie décoration des chambres, et des espaces communs. Accueil chaleureux d'Anton et son équipe. Ambiance familiale, très bon et copieux petit déjeuner. Le monsieur qui s'occupe du brasero très serviable. Pizza au top 👍

La panne d'électricité de la 3eme nuit, malgré la présence immédiate d'un réparateur, dur pour faire les valises et charger les téléphones . Mais c'était accidentel . On hésitera pas à y revenir.

Kili za 40 uds.

We’ve only stayed for one night, but the place seemed nice and cozy. The water in the shower were hot and it was quiet to sleep at night.

They only accepted cash which was a bit inconvenient for us, as we didn’t have that much cash with us and didn’t know it was necessary.

Perfect location for visiting Arusha center. Really kind staff. Lovely room

A bit noisy (we got the room just near the entrance of the guesthouse).

We had a great time there, very good value for money. Place was neat, loved the indoor/outdoor flip-flops. Chilling out in the inner garden was was very tranquil too. All in all a very good place, pleasant stay we had. Staff and the owner were friendly as well.

Mr Tonny was amazing. Picked up from airport,booked safari,arranged taxi for the bus without paying. Everything is more than clean. I was felt like home. I always see reviews before booking and all the words are true

Everything is amazing

We stayed here prior to starting our Safari trip and it was perfect for what we needed. The staff was very nice and helpful arranging transport so we can tour around Arusha for the day. They let us check in earlier as our flight arrived earlier and we could sleep off our jet lag which we GREATLY appreciated! They were extremely accommodating for us. The breakfast was great as well.

It couldn't have been better value for money. The friendliness of the staff was unbeatable and the breakfast was excellent. A pity we only stayed one night.

The team have created a real homely atmosphere and we thoroughly enjoyed our four nights here. We stayed in the bungalow room which was great value for money. The evening camp fires are a lovely touch. Its slightly hidden from the main road and probably a 20 mins walk from town but that was fine for us. We would walk in to town if we wanted to visit a restaurant and then would take a taxi or tuk tuk back. Due to hiking and safari we often had early starts the next day so it also worked well to stay onsite and order a pizza to us (they have a pizza place just around the corner that delivers and is very popular with guests) The team also looked after our big luggage when we went on safari for a couple of nights which we really appreciated. Would recommend.

everything was great, especially for the price you get everything you want and need. the personal is really nice, there even is a guard 24/7. the pick up service worked out perfectly. the rooms are nice and modern. we loved the african style. in the evening the guard made a bonfire which we enjoyed sitting outdoor.

the beds are a little bit short for european standards and the water pressure isn't really high but thats not a big deal for us

Excellent value for money & great breakfast

Such a cute place to rest before and after safari! We loved our stay. The breakfast was great and every night there was a bonfire where you could grab a beer and talk with fellow travellers.

Serengeti villa was lovely - the staff were so kind and helpful. It was the perfect place to recover from a bad bout of food poisoning. The little touches of the Whatsapp welcome made the one night stay feel very special and like we were at home, staying with relatives. The pizza menu was perfect , ideal for after a long day/safari.
