Our family wanted to get away for the Labor Day weekend, we found this place and it was wonderful!! The view was gorgeous to start. There was enough room for our family and kids. The house was nicely design with great decorations. Love the open glass view!! The house was nice and clean and all supplies were provided . We were able to cook our meals for our family and did some bbq . We even did some karaoke as well!!! They even have different games for us to enjoy our stay. The house was close enough for us to check out the local store and the nice park area close by. Our kids were able to see some close up deer and bunnies while staying here as well. The owner was very nice and even recommended us where to park our car and which direction to drive in since we headed the wrong way in the first time. Overall we loved our stay and greatly appreciates all that was provided!! Would totally recommend this home to anyone who wanted a relaxing vacation!!

Nice home, nice remodel. When the weather gets hotter the AC doesn’t work well on the main floor.

The house is well designed and well stocked and equipped for hosting travelers. The sunrise and sunset views from the balconies and from the living area is so beautiful. We were also able to do some stargazing. The place is very clean and organized and the hosts are very responsive. The neighborhood is quiet. It is also a short drive to Prescott City -- very accessible to the grocery store and restaurants and perfect HQ for enjoying Prescott and other nearby attractions.

We traveled with several families and elderly parents/ children. This home was perfect. Plenty of rooms. Had all of the amenities. Clean, comfortable beds. Property manager was receptive and quick to respond with questions. One cranky neighbor that complained that we were loud- but this did not affect our experience. Would definitely recommend! Gorgeous home!

Absolutely amazing home. The contemporary design is fantastic and brings the beauty of the outdoors into the indoors. Features every amenity you could think of, was incredibly clean, and the home just welcomes you. Check-in was a breeze. I highly recommend this home and its stunning views.

Thoughtful renovation in a great location. There are certain things we look for in a listing: comfy couch, outdoor seating, firepit (if allowed). The house has everything and the couch is REALLY comfy! Great views, very clean and well organized. There was nothing missing from this rental from the kitchen to the bedrooms. Our 14 year old loved the pool table. The house is big enough for 2 families to share. Property owner was very helpful and responsive. We walked to the square and back one of the days, it is about a mile walk each way.

Love how the house connects with the outdoors and being situated on the highest part of the neighborhood, offers two wonderful long views from the living and dining areas. The layout is largely on the second level and efficient and spacious. Even though it was just my wife and I, the house felt cozy and comfortable. The house is fully furnished with many accessories. Highly recommend this home for a couple and/or family /friends.

They thought of everything. This place felt like home with plenty of comfort. I especially liked how stocked the kitchen was, and the kids loved the games. We will return!

Would definitely consider coming back!

We rented this home to lure our adult kids and grandkids up to Prescott from Phoenix for Christmas. Upon check in, the fireplace was lit, there was a decorated Christmas tree, just enough Christmas decor to make it homey and Christmas music playing on the tv. The owner truly thought of EVERYTHING plus more, including a baby gate for the stairs. Would definitely stay again, but will bring mattress toppers next time. The beds are probably too firm for the average guest but it's an easy fix if you are prepared in advance. Worth it!

The house is absolutely stunning. Little bit of a diss appointment when I arrived with 7 adults because the website says 5 bedroom and it is only 5 “beds” 2 of which are flimsy mattress on a bunk bed. Luckily everyone in my group was understanding and didn’t let it ruin the weekend. Ignoring the misunderstanding of not having 5 bedrooms everyone loved everything about the property. The windows were perfect to watch the storm that rolled in. Very close to downtown. Would definitely recommend! Just know it’s four bedrooms 😅.

This is a newly renovated beauty. The views from the balconies are spectacular. We saw some deer, bucks, and birds. The location is perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but a short drive. The beds were comfy. The place was super clean. We had all the kitchen equipment we needed. We can not wait to go back to Prescott and stay here again!

The house was as seen in vrbo. The communication with owner was so easy and he was so accommodating. Nice clean house with lots of light and energy.

We had the best time staying in this beautiful home! The owner has thought everything, and nothing is missing. Plus it’s the perfect location & very private. Last night arriving home, there were at least 6 deer in the lot next door. Absolutely amazing place!

Chris the owner was great during the the entire process. He was available and always ready to help with our stay. My family enjoyed the amenities and especially the fire pit and the full size pool table. The house was fully stocked and had plenty of dishes for all my peeps. Great coffee too!

We loved our stay here with our two teens. We were escaping the heat from Phoenix. Definitely cooler in Prescott. The place is so clean and comfortable. It rained the whole time do you monsoon but with all the windows we still felt like we were outdoors with all the pine trees and boulders, great views. It was a bonus to have the pool table and foosball to play when we were stuck indoors. Loved the surrounding decks. Kitchen had everything you need. Loved the updated mid century modern. I would highly recommend to my friends and family. Chris the host was great would always get right back to me. Thank you Chris we would definitely come back. *

Loved the mid-century modern design, tons of windows and great views from inside and out. Decks around nearly the entire house gave us so many views to enjoy and soak up the sun. Close proximity to downtown and the beauty of this property make it ideal!
