The location was great. There was a Dollar General just across the street so no need to venture out into the city iIt was very close to downtown but just far enough away to avoid a lot of the traffic if you're leaving town. The roof deck was just amazing. Great for everyone on my trip. It had a beautiful view of the city at night and got amazing sun during the day!

The blinds in the bedrooms were a little thin so each room got a fair amount of light. This meant sleeping in during the day was a little difficult without an eye mask. Perhaps curtains could allow for more flexibility with how much light you allow in the space.

I was in a good area. it is pretty nice

The Wi-Fi didn’t work. The TV downstairs did not work. Also, the bedroom on the second floor next to the master every time you used an outlet you flip the breaker. 

Beds were super comfortable

Very limited parking, but there was 1 space designated for us, which was all we needed.

the space was as depicted in the pictures, it was modern and well decorated.

Upon arriving to the property late at night in the freezing cold, we attempted to open the door with the code that was provided with the check in instructions. The code did not work so we called the only customer service number that was provided. We were on hold for 30 MINUTES whilst waiting outside in the 30 degree weather. Once we made it into the home, we discover trash in the sofa bed, no hot water, and the heater is broken. So we called customer service and were on hold for ANOTHER 30 MINUTES, whilst now waiting inside in the 30 degree weather. Long story short, after 3 hours of waiting, they weren’t able to fix the heater and the water stopped running completely. They told us that no other unit was available to accommodate us so we had to find last-minute accommodations elsewhere.
