I had a great experience with the house, I actually live in Mckinney and it was super convenient to still be able to go to all my favorite places with friends in town. The location is fantastic and plenty of space.

The house itself was nice and very clean but there were several things that were disappointing for this type of property. We went in with high expectations because of the reviews and advertising. This property is in need of some TLC and attention from the owners. We packed meat from home thinking we would grill and when we went to use the grill, it was so nasty we didn’t want to put our meat on it… hadn’t been cleaned in I don’t know how long and the tools to clean it were in such bad shape that we couldn’t use them, plus a couple of the burners wouldn’t light so we had to bring most of our meat back home. The spices in the kitchen were so old we threw a bunch of them out (they advertised that spices were provided so we didn’t buy any) most expired in 2022 and were hard as a rock. The towel rack in upstairs bathroom kept falling off the wall, the kitchen faucet was loose, a lamp in upstairs bedroom wouldn’t work, and several other little things were just in need of some attention. The house was clean and spacious and met our needs in that aspect, but we had planned to really spend time hanging out and cooking with our friends and some of that was limited or less enjoyable because of the conditions of several things in the home. The game room and the pool were nice because we had small kid and they enjoyed those things. You could tell the neighborhood wasn’t kept up, landscaping hadn’t been kept up and things like that. Great location and had the potential to be a great stay.

We absolutely loved our summer family staycation at this home. The house is roomy, providing lots of beds for everyone to sleep. The pool was clean and very enjoyable. Any questions we had were answered immediately. We are already planning our next stay here.

The house worked good for our family of adults. The only issues were the kitchen tap needs to be tightened and the shower upstairs. But everything else was great!

We came down to Texas for the solar eclipse and this house was perfect! Our boys (5 and 6) were obsessed with the game room upstairs and loved the bunk beds. The location was perfect to explore different areas, with quick drives to Dallas and Plano. If we had questions the host was always quick to respond. If we come back down to McKinney we will definitely book here again!

The home was clean and met our needs perfectly for our weekend visit for our teenagers travel football tournament. It allowed us to be a hub for meals and get out of the rainy cold weather in-between games. The host was very responsive with any concerns or additional questions we had regarding our visit. Would definitely come back in the future. 😊

This property is in a lovely residential area with a fully fenced backyard that has an outdoor kitchen and swimming pool (too cool to use at Christmas). The home is spacious, has ample seating and all beds were very comfortable. We cooked for local family members in the large, pretty well-equipped kitchen. Overall, we all enjoyed the holidays and would return to this property in the future!

Awesome stay!! My family of 5 enjoyed our weekend stay. We were there for Mavericks game ( a hour away from the AA Ctr) same day as check in.
Arrived a few hours earlier than check in time and Erik allowed us to check in early. The home was immaculate!! The home was welcoming with simple decor and no clutter. The pool was very nice. There is a nearby park where Oct. festivities were held on that Saturday. This was definitely an Excellent Stay.

place was great! went to town to visit family, ended up with them visiting me at this lovely house. took advantage of the wonderful pool during this massive heat wave and also enjoyed the game room. what a great place to stay! thanks so much for making it available! so much better than a hotel. Memories were definitely made. Great location also, easy access and close to great shops and restaurants. BOOK this one ! you wont be disappointed. only wish was for a king bed downstairs.

Unfortunately, the master bath had ants and other little bugs that would swarm toothbrushes if left out of plastic bags. The bed in the master suite made me wish I had stayed at a Marriott - it seemed more like a double than a queen and my wife and I would roll into the middle because of the huge dip in it. The half-bath toilet - when flushed - made a horrendous noise. And the cleanliness of the kitchen and lack of cookware was a bit underwhelming.

Spent five days in a very nice house located less than a half mile from a park. Very clean, no issues and the owner answered all questions in a timely manner. I would definitely get this property again.

Lovely neighborhood and so close to the park which my kids really enjoyed.
We wanted to love this home, it is nice house, but it really needed some TLC and deep cleaning.
We enjoyed the game room and wish we could have used the pool, but the weather wasnt warm enough. The pool itself was very dirty. The outdoor area would be really great if it were also cleaned up.
Indoors, it just looked like the home did not get cleaned very well. The kitchen had drawers that were broken and a few had spills/something sticky on them. There were items under the bed that were not picked up/vaccumed. The tub/drain in the bathroom upstairs was not cleaned at all and the bathroom had a huge hole in the wall behind the door. We had notified the owner so he knew we didn't make the hole, and he promptly replied that he was aware of it and it was due to wear and tear of a lot of people coming through.
We rent a lot throughout the years via the major vacation rental site/companies and never want to leave a negative review, but hoping this review helps the owner to take a visit to the property and give it the TLC it deserves!! Again, a real nice home it just needs some love and will be wonderful again!

This home was big enough to accommodate our group of four adults and four children. We expected a daybed and was disappointed when it was not available and we had to improvise for one of the kids. There were a few suggestions we gave to the owner that will hopefully assist those who rent in the future. Overall, it was an okay house but would not stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here over Memorial Day weekend! There was enough room for all of us and our favorite was the pool! We also used the grill to BBQ and that was really nice! The house and pool were very accommodating! The communication with Erik was also fantastic! Very prompt and answered all my questions! Would stay here again!

Kids had a great time, and there was plenty of space.
Pool is a huge plus.

Couple of minor issues:
The kitchen sink faucet has limited range of motion, and kind of seemed a little functionally limited.
The downstairs guest toilet made all kinds noise and vibrations after being flushed.
Coffee maker had coffee grime/build-up under where you put the coffee filter.
We're used to VRBO properties, so these were fairly minor issues.
We would certainly stay here again.

Overall is what you see in photos is what you get. We went up for my grand daughters birthday party. 6 of us stayed in house. Neighborhood is good and can park a car in garage. Pool in good shape. Nice outside covered area. AC was blowing cold upstairs and down. Price was cheaper to stay here vs hotel. Good value.

The property was clean, comfortable and spacious. Its also conveniently located near downtown and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We were in town visiting family and would definitely stay here again. I was a little nervous the night before because I hadn't received entry instructions but the property manager replied quickly and explained they send it the day of but could tell I was nervous so provided the info early. Very much appreciated!

We loved this home. It is beautiful with all the amenities needed and wanted. The home was also very clean. It was conveniently located. A very short drive to downtown historic McKinney and to all highways. We had a question and received a fast response. Exceptional home that we would highly recommended!

We are an editorial group that found this space to be very comfortable. It is close to the McKinney square, has a wonderful outdoor space and great light. This is our second visit. Our host was understanding and flexible for scheduling.

Erik was amazing to communicate with and responded very fast. The house was beautiful and fit perfect for our needs. We had 5 adults stay with plenty of room and space. The bedrooms were spacious and the pool was amazing!!!! It was extremely close to downtown and plenty of restaurants. I would highly recommend Erik's home if you are planning to visit. Thank you so much and would love to stay again next time. :)

This home was everything for us! Family came in town for my birthday to help my Husband and I celebrate and this space was amazing! The grilling/lounge area, the pool, the game room! We barely had to leave the house.

My family and I enjoyed this beautiful home. The home was very clean, spacious and located on a quiet neighborhood. The pool was my kids favorite activity and the park/lake area was beautiful as well. We will definitely book this home again and recommend to all family and friends!
