We really enjoyed our stay, the house was nicely appointed and very clean. The shower did back up but that was quickly remedied.
We cooked some meals in the kitchen and used the BBQ, everything worked well. We would stay again.

My friends and I had a great time in Morro Bay celebrating a birthday. Very clean, comfy beds, and the bikes and beach accessories were a huge plus. Nice, quiet neighborhood with kind, friendly people. Kitchen had plenty of plates, glasses, and utensils. My friends and I love to cook and BBQ. If I have one little nitpick, the electric stove is a little outdated and took a long time to get hot. The BBQ was small, and a little older too BUT this shouldn't deter you from booking the place. Just something to be aware of if you are passionate about cooking and BBQ'ing. We had a wonderful stay and will absolutely book again.

We LOVED this house. We’ve stayed in tons of vacation rentals and this one is definitely one of the top ones. The home was spotless and well appointed. It was relieving to not have to basically clean the whole house and wash all the bedding before checkout. We threw the towels in the wash and ran the dishwasher and that was it! The neighborhood is quaint and quiet and the short walk to the beach was the cherry on top. We will definitely be back.

Loved this place & its location to the walking path. Rode the bikes all the way to the beach & had a blast. Quiet and relaxing. Also management company is super responsive & accommodating. Only thing I wish is that they allowed 1 hour later check out if needed. Would come back & stay here.

Everything went very smoothly, check-in process, etc. The house is clean and cute and was perfect for our needs, beautiful beach a block away. Lots to see and do in the area. Unfortunately, we had only 3 nights, which was too short. Hope to stay longer next time.

This rental is in our favorite Morro Bay neighborhood! Short easy walk to the beach, laid back, quiet, near town, also near Cayucos and other areas like Paso Robles/Cambria. Highly recommended

The beds are super comfortable as well is the furniture in the living room. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. One night I cooked some pasta and there was even a strainer!

I would most definitely recommend this house to friends and family.
The only negative comment I have is in the "listing description". There is no mention of a ring device in the rental listing. There is even a sign on the window facing the driveway warning that is residence is protected by Ring. I understand the logic of installing such a device, but since there is no mention of this device in the listing, this is a violation of Vrbo's protocols for having such a device.

There are also 3 boogie boards & sand toys well as 2 adult bikes, & a graco 4-wheel stroller, & a radio flyer wagon (with large wheels). As noted in the listing there are NO beach towels. My kids loved the "Meanwhile" book too! Kitchen & pantry are well equipped. Was thankful for an iron & ironing board too (we had family pictures done at Morro Rock).
Here's where I see room for improvement. Keep in mind that even with this criticism I still recommend this home!
The listing (and check in intstructions) state parking for 3 cars including the garage, but the owner has their sports car in the garage. Perhaps the listing should be updated to reflect this.
Housekeeping did not leave any laundry detergent for renter-use which I would expect since the check-out instructions include to start a load of towels in the laundry. Thankfully I brought my own.
Also for our 4 -night stay there were only 2 dishwasher pods left, which we were using for our own dishes, & we didn't have another pod to start the dishwasher on check out day.
Leaving TV instructions would be nice for tech-challenged renters. We couldn't access Netflix.
Lastly, and this is the biggest criticism that should give future renters pause, is the bathrooms. The main bath is nice and big, but (as previous reviewers have noted) the bathtub has ZERO shower head making it pretty useless unless you take baths (we do not).
The master bath is tiny with a super tiny shower with a very low shower head that falls down during use. I'm only 5'6" average build and I was knocking my elbows on the shower walls, my poor 6'1" husband hated the shower even more. I would love to see the homeowners consider a remodel to expand the master bath into the master closet which is huge.

Kitchen was good size and had the utensils/supplies we needed.Being close to the beach and the walking paths was great. It wasn't warm beach weather but we expected it this time of year. Bathroom showers were a different story. The guest bathroom doesn't have a shower head, it only had a tub. So the people staying in room next to it only had a bathing option. In today's rental/vacation market, this bathroom should be equipment with a shower. The master bathroom was a stand up only which is fine but the door would not close properly. It would swing out while showering. I suggest it be fixed quickly. So in the end, we only had one shower for 5 people. Not the best situation especially since we are paying for two full bathrooms.

This is a great property. It is walking distance to the beach. Also, they have bikes to borrow for adults to ride around the neighborhood. It was well maintained and very clean as well.
