We came to Knoxville for the Zach Bryan concert and stayed in this Penthouse. It is absolutely beautiful and located right in the heart of downtown Knoxville. We will definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this VRBO. The location along with the condo were fantastic. Had all the amenities you need for your stay. Restaurants, bars, were all within walking distance. We will definitely be booking this place again. Thank you!

My wife and I came in for a 30 year reunion. We had some friends stay with us. The place itself is gorgeous, the rooftop fire pit, the views, the interior is so nice. Very luxurious, but not unapproachable. Great location, I would definitely stay at this place again and recommend it. 10/10.
Communication was prompt, easy, responsive. At one point dropped off an extra propane tank for the fire pit, which we didn’t request, but which was nonetheless appreciated and used. Very attentive, and wanted us to have a great time which we did.

Had a great experience at this property. Location is perfection if you are looking for spot in downtown/old city. Very spacious and no details are left out for a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Amazing oversized condo with tons of living space, and a large outdoor patio space with fire pit. Magnificently decorated with all the creature comforts required, and in a prime location close to bars, restaurants, and easy access to highway. Highly recommend and will definitely book again if ever in the Knoxville area again!

My oldest daughter who’s getting married in February was able to gather with her closest friends at this fabulous downtown space. I can’t say enough about how perfect it was! First, it is even more spacious than the pictures can show and is so unique! The decor is beautiful and was even decorated for Christmas. A nice added touch. :) The space was perfect for 8 girls with plenty of room to hang out. It was quiet and so close to all the activities they had planned that they were able to walk to everything. Dinners at Babalus and The Vault, bowling at Maple Hall, and walking to the shops nearby. The kitchen was well equipped with everything they needed. Their coffee maker could make a pot or use K-cups which was great! There were plenty of blankets around and the sofas and beds were comfy! Check in and out was simple and communication was quick and informative. It’s a special place for sure and I’d highly recommend it!

Great home condo. Lots of stairs between entry and the fist floor to second floor/roof top. Over all great we would rent again.

We decided to stay here while visiting family in Knoxville for a few days. The place was beautiful and well furnished. It was unique and spacious. We enjoyed the views from the outdoor patio. It was convenient to market Square and old city. Will definitely stay here again
