Spacious and clean room.

My initially booked room had a problem with the blinds, I had to change rooms. But all in all the place is good. Coming into the house late was a bit of a challenge, because the main door is locked and I had to wake up the house keeper.

It was a self catering and was great that it was close to the shops and beach. The place is clean and has friendly staff who were available at all times to assist.

The only set back is the traffic on M4 highway behind the house especially midnight to early hours of the morning.

Nice clean and large bathroom. Comfortable beds. Fridge and kettle in the room. Aircon.

Busy road at the back, but not too bad.

I liked the proximity / area we were in, to where we needed to be. It was close to mall, restaurants and shops.

We arranged for an early check in when we got there room wasn’t ready and staff weren’t informed. Our room then had no key, each time we went out we had to put our bags in another room. Then the front door key we were given didn’t work and we were locked out for a while. The WiFi didn’t work and however it was promised that the above issues will be sorted it never was and till date we did not receive an apology for the inconvenience from host. Very disappointing service.

Even though I didn't meet the host in person she was very helpful and accommodating whenever I messaged. We loved the pool, which was the main reason we chose it. It is walking distance of Umhlanga, nice outdoor area for braai, decent kitchen facilities.

It's a bit small for 3 people but that was to be expected. Definitely recommend for two people. It worked for the three of us, we put a thick blanket over the sofa bed to make it more comfortable for our 3rd person.
