Super Friendly and welcome service Staff, location is great 👍 Comfortable room , good view from Mountain and trian Station. I feel very comfortable there, I will definitely go back to stay again. Thank you for providing a good vacation experience.

Difficult to find initially no signage. It is actually right next to the train station in a mall. Mall is convenient with shops, restaurants and a very nice food store Milagros.

Parking garage was not easily located but a kind security guard went with my husband and showed him where it was . It does eventually come up right below the hotel and you can take an elevator right up to your floor. Rooms have no drawers or closets so we upgraded but had to put everything on the couch or you actually live out of your suitcase.

L accueil, vraiment parfait. Un personnel a votre écoute et aux petits soins.

Système parking. Quand on oublie la carte de parking dans la voiture, remonter a la réception pour la coder. On perd du temps.

Great location just in front of the station, with an underground parking or an option for an open parking area just in front. The rooms were comfy, nicely decorated & clean. The staff were very welcoming & nice. Also the hotel is close to a supermarket which opens everyday and witching walking distance to many bars & restaurants

We had a fantastic stay at the property- it has all of the amenities you want as a guest, with very friendly and helpful reception staff. The question we asked through WhatsApp was answered very quickly as well. Everything seems very new, and is very comfortable (couch, bed, pillows). The location is also ideal, since it is immediately beside the Bulle train station and rooms even overlook the tracks. There are also shops attached to the hotel building, including a Migros that is open 7 days a week!

Nothing really, the room was great, there is just some noise from the train station that can be heard at times.

Great rooms, very comfy bed, excellent blackout curtains/shutters. Very effective sound insulation (nearly impossible to hear trains and other guests). Great smart TV. Great A/C unity: quiet and fast. Generally great service. One of the better hotels in the region for room comfort. Mini shopping centre in the building, with a grocery store and various eateries. Very central.

The bathroom is lacking storage options around the sink. No ironing board provided in the room. The lifts are a bit annoying to use: only 2 of them, they're slow, and it's hard to figure out which levels corresponds to the main entrance, the lobby or the parking (there are sticker-labels in one of the lifts, but they are not really aligned from an eye-level perspective which makes it even harder to pick the right level). It can be hard to find the hotel in general: there's a lack of signage, both in terms of parking and even on foot. Main doors to the hotel (lobby and ground entrance) seem to close abnormally early (8pm seems quite extreme). A lot of spam sent to me pre-check-in to upgrade the room and spend more at the hotel. Limited complimentary tea/coffee/snack options in the room (unlabelled coffee capsules).

It's new and modern. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom is nice. Bedroom is dark. Centrally located right near the train station.

The rooms are air conditioned but you can't control the temperature. The room was too warm during the night which meant we had to open the window. This meant lots of light into the room and lots of noise because the hotel is next to the train station. Management needs to lower the temperature in the rooms. We were charged twice (was paid via booking.com and the hotel charged us again in the morning before apologising and refunding us).

Raul at reception was extremely helpful (we couldn't find our way to the main entrance of the hotel and he went out of the way to help us to the parking and help with our luggage to ensure or check in was smooth) 3. The bar next to the reception was nice. Ample parking space right opposite the hotel

The air conditioning wasn't real air conditioning like in the middle East, but were just air-cooling fans (massive massive difference). To add to that unfortunately Switzerland was going through a heatwave. We were so hot and sweaty, even opening the windows didn't help. Luckily Raul arranged for small table fans, and we managed to sleep the nights somehow..

It's difficult to find the hotel and Parking fee is too expensive. Breakfast restaurant is too busy because of Many group tourists.

Switzerland considers air conditioning to be conditioned air. We are from Texas so it’s not quite as cool as we are accustomed too. But the staff did everything to make us comfortable. Their service was exceptional.

I absolutely loved staying in this hotel. The room was great. The hotel is brand new with a beautiful design. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection. The staff was very friendly. Will stay again.

It was hard to find the entrance as it is a new hotel and not precisely marked on maps.

The property is modern, comfortable and in a great location. The breakfast was very good and the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly (they arranged for our son’s teddy to be sent to us when he left it in the room we stayed in). No noise from the adjoining railway station and easy access to a supermarket, pharmacy and several restaurants.

The television in our room was in a strange location in the middle of the floor in between the main and spare bed. The person in the spare bed was staring at the back of the unit and in the end we unplugged it and moved it to the corner of the room.
