Easy self access and good space inside property

Parking was an issue as expected WiFi wasn't working which caused an issue for the children!

The location was perfect. Close by to restaurants, shops and the beach.

The Internet kept disconnecting.

Disgusting and bad place!!! I don’t recommend it place no one before you do a book check details cuz it’s a fraud

The apartment was lovely. Shame about the noise from other tenants and out side.

Didn't find the owners very helpful. Couldn't use the TV or WiFi. Rang owners not much help.

Very nice apartment. Clean and tidy.

The stairs to 2nd floor were to much for be and no lift. Also I booked for 3 adults. The fold out bed was more suitable for a child.

Location- everything was within walking distance and close to the seafront. Access to the building was straight forward. Carpark was only a five minute walk away. Shower was a good temperature, always had hot water. Beds were clean and comfortable. Fans provided in all the rooms. Digital locks were convenient has you didn't have to worry about carrying keys around. WiFi was free.

The cleanliness was not the best- food found under the TV stand, remote control found down the back of the sofa, food stains on the kitchen area floor, dirty glasses and cutlery, top of the bathroom cabinet and bathroom extractor fan thick with dust, skirting boards thick with dust and stained. Fridge/Freezer was in need of a clean. There was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke that seemed to be coming from the bathroom- not sure if this was coming from another apartment? No bottle opener, so had to go and buy one... No large mirrors in the apartment, the only mirror was on the small bathroom cabinet, so had to use a compact mirror to style hair and apply makeup.

Wi-Fi in our room wasn’t good but the host was very helpful with this.

The internet and tv didnt work which was a bad thing for my autistic son as thats how he calms down and settles for bed, the floors were dirty i had to clean them on arrival as my autistic son would of eaten whatever was on the floor,also the kitchen was not the cleanest and had to be cleaned before use

Location can be noisy as it faces onto a side street in the main town. Parking can be an issue ( free but 2 hour limit ), but we were lucky. Main street door is on a touch sensitive pad which operates the latch. The retaining bracket on the latch was loose, so the door did not lock effectively.

Clean tidy apartment, close to all amenities, everything you need, value for money.

Curtains let morning light in. Being in centre of town was good location but it was very disruptive at night and noisy, especially on Saturday night.

Great guest house. Close to all the local amenities. Room was spotless and had everything you need for a stay. The off road parking was an added bonus. Great choice for breakfast, with both cooked and cold options.

The property was filthy, there hairs all over the bed covers, 2 dining chairs were broken and could not be sat on, the toilet seat was hanging off and all around the seat was really dirty. Felt very run down and had clearly not been cleaned properly before we arrived.

It was neat, tidy and simple. Great location and easy to get in to!

The main front door to apartment building did not shut properly and anyone could get in just by pushing the door. There was no bin (for sanitary waste etc) in the bathroom. There was a slight smell of cigarettes upon arrival… air freshener would have been great.

The property was very clean and inviting. Great location, walking distance to both the beach and town. We were expecting a one bed flat but hadn’t been put in a two bed flat, giving all guests more space!

The property is keyless and you need codes to open the doors. We got into the building easily but we’re given the wrong code for our flat and it took over 15 minutes to get in. When we tried to contact the staff of the building they were difficult to reach by phone and were then not very helpful. We were only able to get into our flat when we tried a slightly different version of the code we’d been given and that luckily worked. The front door also didn’t close properly, when we left to go out the door didn’t shut securely, and returning home in the evening we found the main door was open ajar.

Location was convenient, short distance to the beach, pier and town centre.

Someone attempted entering the apartment around midnight, when we sleeped. They have used code to electronic door lock and actually unlocked it, but were unable to get inside because I have providently blocked the door with a chair. Incident reported to the police. The owner probably not have had anything to do with it, but the question is about how safe are electronic door locks used there and who have access to the entry codes. The apartment have rather basic equipment - kitchen and bathroom are OK, but bedrooms have nothing apart from beds and hangers. After the apartment was already booked - the owner requested sending a scan of photo ID (very unsafe) making providing door codes dependent on it. Also sent list of additional requirements that were not listed in booking.com offer - I treat it as very unfair practice - no refund if you disagree with that requests and cancel the booking.

Great location, nicely decorated, fast replies from staff

Plates/mugs etc were dirty, inside the fridge was dirty, internet didn't work the whole time we were there so we couldn't watch the TV as it was netflix etc only. No lift so have to carry all your luggage, pram etc up lots of stairs
