It was a really great experience. House is clean and organized. Very spacious. Would definitely book again

We enjoyed our stay - about 10 min from the beach. Management was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Pool was “stained” when we arrived. Kitchen was not well stocked - no kitchen towels, garbage bags, food storage containers or baggies. Poor lighting outside, but beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space for everyone. Bathrooms were nice and recently redone. A beach and parking pass would have been nice, but was not included in the rental.

The house overall is nice. If you have small kids bring a gate for the stairs to the main level. Well equipped with supplies. Even had extra air mattresses. The bathrooms are definitely for the influencers. The house was a bit dusty and not prepared for the outdoor season. The screened in porch was not cleaned and the pool though swim ready has a very dangerous broken ladder. Also there is a koi pond, do not allow small children in the yard without supervision. Otherwise for the weekend it served its purpose.

The property was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. We could of use a few more bath towels. Also, some more hooks in the rooms and bathrooms for towels and other would have been nice to have. Overall, it was a great set up and we really enjoyed the home.

This house was the perfect house for my family of nine to rent for a week. There is plenty of room where we did not feel all cramped. The beds were so comfortable. All of the upstairs bedrooms had a TV so anybody could watch what they wanted to watch, and the downstairs had to pull out sofas and there was also a TV. It was perfect for getting our little kids settled for bed. We chose this house because of the location near family and it ended up being the perfect location for everything. We did not use the pool because it was off-season, but if we ever decide to come back the option of having a pool is amazing. The hosts of the house were so nice, and communicated so well. We definitely plan on using this house again. The next time we are in Rhode Island.

We stayed for 6 nights here while visiting family in town. The house has plenty of space for our family of 3. It has modern kitchen and bathrooms, ductless A/C units in the living room and all bedrooms and an above-ground pool.
One can drive to Weekapaug, the Dunes Beach Club and Seaside Beach Club in 5 minutes, and to the Misquamicut State Beach in 10 minutes.
Our host was friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The experience made our visit easy and trouble-free.

Absolutely Stoning!
Rented property for a girls’ beach trip. From the easy check-in process, to the comfort, cleanliness and character the property carries we have to give it the absolute highest score. The house has all the amenities one can need during vacation. Location to beach and restaurants make it a hidden gem. Making plans to rent again.
