Just be aware this hotel is further round the bay so you don’t get a sunset, even though it’s on the west coast.

Beautiful location, good size rooms and bathrooms. Good quality linen. Friendly, responsive staff although service on the beach restaurant was poor.

Breakfast buffet was poor, initially fridge in the room was not working but staff swapped it out. Air conditioning was weak.

We loved this hotel, it’s in a very quiet area on the Island, felt very remote and peaceful. The beach front villas are really lovely and you get a rear door for pool access too. The staff were very helpful too. Free water activities which we loved.

- Nous avons reservé une prestation à 120$ (snorkeling, peche, bbq, placton lumineux) qui ne les valait pas: le bbq vanté par l'annonce était médiocre (de la viande rechauffée et du riz froid). Le marin nous avait pressé pour le snorkeling et la baignade. Tout cela pour nous écourter la prestation car il n'y avait pas de plancton lumineux. - La soirée BBQ de l'hotel n'a rien à voir avec les bons plats du restaurant. On est en bord de mer et le plateaux de fruits de mer est très petit et sans goût. On a connu mieux, à éviter! - L'espace massage n'est pas assez intimiste

Bel endroit hôtel très propre, confortable et reposant

Dommage qu’il y ait autant de déchets sur la plage. Celle de l’hôtel est nettoyée régulièrement cela dit.. Autre bémol : le personnel assez contrasté. Certains très sympathiques et d’autres à peine aimables. C’est dommage !

The rooms had a lovely decor and the bathrooms. The beach beds were great and the poolside area lovely.

The service and experience of the staff did not live up to our expectations, there is definitely a need to lead by example from the top downwards and give some training on what should be expected when calling yourself a 5* hotel. For example not forgetting to order a tables stater and the smile when asked where if us and say - I forgot! And waiting 10 mins for eggs that had been forgotten . The room was not cleaned and towels not changed in 3 days. Again not what you’d expect when paying as much as this.

Helt fantastisk vi booket for to dager og ble fire, utrolig smakfullt og allikevel veldig laid back - flotte rom, herlig strand og nok solsenger. Supert personale, fikk et lite mageonde etter et besøk på et annet resort - de kom og hentet oss, hadde medisiner klare.. Blant de beste stedene jeg noen gang har vært på uansett land!! Bardzo ładne czyste pokoje, piękna plaża, biały piaseczek. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Bardzo fajna siłownia, wyjątkowo dobrze wyposażona. Smaczne jedzonko, pyszna pizza z pieca.

Design, everything is new and clean

There were many small issues that resulted in a less smooth and enjoyable experience than expected. During check-in, we didn't receive the promised welcome drink or towels. The internet connection was weak, sometimes nonexistent. On one occasion, there was no water in the shower or toilet, and we weren't informed beforehand or provided with any solution. Additionally, the provided drinking water was insufficient, with only one bottle for two people, necessitating frequent trips to the reception for refills, which were sometimes unavailable. Only a few staff members seemed genuinely concerned about our experience; interactions with others felt like they were doing us a favor each time. Communication was lacking in proactive measures; for instance, there was no notification or menu about breakfast options, and we only discovered we could order omelets by observing other guests. Overall, it's a nice, beautiful hotel, but it needs some adjustments in customer experience area.

Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und haben einen tollen Meerblick. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.

Der Service ist leider absolut unterirdisch. Es fing bereits damit an, dass der Transport vom Boot zum Hotel nicht geklappt hat und wir dann nach 30 Minuten warten ein Taxi vor Ort nehmen mussten. Wartezeiten im Restaurant sind extrem hoch und leider war vieles fehlerhaft. Auf 3/4 Rechnungen waren Fehler zugunsten des Hotels: - Falsches Essen geliefert, teureres Essen abgerechnet. - Zweimal teuereres Essen als bestellt abgerechnet. - Getränke vergessen, aber abgerechnet. Unser Zimmer wurde erst am dritten Tag auf die zweite Aufforderung hin gereinigt, jedoch sehr oberflächlich und es wurden nicht mal die dreckigen Gläser ausgetauscht. Das Hotel sollte unser Bootsticket anpassen, da dies für eine andere Insel gültig war. Wir haben zweimal nachgefragt, ob das erfolgt ist. Hat man sich bezahlen lassen, aber dann vergessen die Bootsfirma zu informieren/bezahlen. Durften wir dann doppelt zahlen. Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend für diese Preisklasse und den Anspruch des Hotels selbst. Alle Vorfälle bei gerade mal 3 Übernachtungen.

Le dîner sur la plage, le buffet du petit déjeuner, l’emplacement si vous aimez le calme (sinon c’est un peu loin des lieux de fêtes). Le personnel très aimable. Mention spéciale à Lorn. A la pointe de l’île, à la droite de l’hôtel, chercher la Blondies beach pour faire du snorkeling (10 minutes à pieds).

Rien mais vous êtes au Cambodge donc le luxe côtoie la pauvreté.

Maga a helyszín egy csodálatos helyen volt, és a bungalók remek minőségben vannak megépítve. Remek reggeli, amelyet a külön egyedileg elkészített tojásos ételek tettek még változatosabbá. Mindig volt gyümölcs, illetve valamilyen helyi specialitás. Nagyon korrekt ár érték arány, remek bár, remek koktélokkal. Karolina és csapata mindent megtett, hogy jól érezzük magunkat

A perfect hotel for a beach holiday. The hotel was on a very beautiful pristine beach. The rooms are very modern and comfortable. I had the beach view and it was amazing. It was so nice to sit out on the terrace with your morning coffee or evening wine. The manager of the property, Karolina, is amazing. She goes above and beyond to make your stay very enjoyable.

Pizza was great! But the tomyam soup was quite tasteless. We were told that there would be pick up from the jetty where we got off, that didn’t happened. (We then walked to the resort which wasn’t too far away.) It was then explained to us that they only had 1 truck and couldn’t make it in time.

Das Resort ist eine sehr schöne Erfahrung gewesen, wir wollten Entspannung, Sonne und Strand in einer angenehmen Umgebung. Es hat alles übertroffen. Wir wurden auf Wunsch von der Fähre abgeholt und ins Resort gefahren. Hier hat uns das äußerst nette Personal gleich empfangen und uns wurde alles rundherum gezeigt und erklärt. Katarina, die Generalmanagerin hat einen unglaublichen Job gemacht und sich ständig um alles und sofort gekümmert, wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben. Chanrath an der Rezeption war ebenfalls immer sehr freundlich und effektiv. Genauso wie das gesamte Personal im Restaurant. Vielen lieben Dank. Die Lage ist unglaublich, direkt gegenüber ist der hoteleigene, weiße Sandstrand, alles gut gepflegt. SUP und Kajak kann man umsonst benutzen, am Strand bekommt man auch Bedienung und es gibt ein sehr gutes Spa mit allen Arten von Wohlfühlanwendungen. Nebenan ist das Fischerdorf mit weiteren Orten zum Essen und ein paar Ständen um einige Sachen zu kaufen. Es gibt in diesem Teil der Insel sonst keine weiteren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, braucht man aber auch nicht. Wir haben uns Motorräder ausgeliehen und sind zum Sunset Beach und in die umliegenden Ortschaften mit den Fähranlegern (Kuh Rong Pier, Long set Beach) gefahren, hier gibt es genügend Bars und Restaurants zum abhängen wenn man will. Es werden vom Hotel verschiedene Aktivitäten angeboten, die man vor Ort buchen kann. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und allen diesen Ort weiter empfehlen, hoffentlich bleibt es aber noch eine Zeitlang ein Geheimtipp.

Das Wifi ist schwach und nicht überall zugänglich, aber Leute, muss man im Urlaub denn immer ständig am Handy und im Internet hängen? Hier kommt man her um die Natur, den Strand und die Sonne zu geniessen.

Un sitio maravilloso y agradable en una parte de la isla mas tranquilla con una playa estupenda de arena blanca. Todo el persona muy amable, el servicio excelente. La comida nacional y internacional fresca y de buena calidad. La residencia es muy nueva con piscina y la playa en frente. Agua cristalina.
