Terrible restaurant. We ordered two salads and calamari from the menu. After repeatedly asking the waiter when the food would come, he replied: I will ask in the kitchen. The one salad came after 90 minutes. When we asked when the other salad would come, we were told that they could not make it. After they served all the food it didn't look like it was prepared by a chef but by the waiters working there. There were people who came after us and their food was served before ours. The restaurant wasn't even 50% full. Disgusting food and service.

It is a fairly new hotel, so all the facilities were brand new. The rooms were decent size and very clean. We really enjoyed the terrace on the second floor. The views were stunning! Also, it's located right on the beach front so getting to the beach takes less than 30 seconds. The hotel also has an incredible infinity pool and lots of sunbeds. There's a small bar too if you fancy a cocktail or a snack. The staff was extremely friendly. Hotel manager Ayshe provided us with a very warm welcome. :)

I wish there was a coffee maker or at least a kettle with some teas and coffees available in the room. There was a mini bar but sometimes you just want to make a quick tea.. Also, if you don't rent a car just be mindful that there are no restaurants or shops nearby. The nearest Lidl supermarket is about 15minutes walking but there's no pavement, so it feels a little unsafe to walk.

The receptionist lady was kind, she assisted us the best way possible. The view is amazing and the beach too.

The room I booked wasn’t the same one I was provided even tho they told me they upgraded it. If they didn’t inform me earlier, they shouldn’t do this. I spent 1h changing rooms to get what I reserved from booking. Good that you’re trying to support Ukrainians but the cleaning lady entered the room after we said we don’t want cleaning. She took the trash and the towels but didn’t leave any new ones. The restaurant that u r in partnership with is not nice and doesn’t suit your hotel

The location.

There aren’t wardrobe or fridge, just a minibar! water bottles and coffee should be free of charge like all 4 & 5 stars hotels in the world. The price is not competitive to Airbnb accommodations!

My stay was very pleasant and relaxing. The staff was very helpful. The place is fantastic in a beautiful place. I would like to go back there

Everything was perfect.

This hotel has very good location, first sea side line, very clean and well equipped beach. It has very good massage area placed on the beach area. Massagist Alex is simply amazing!

I was a little bit surprised that 5 stars hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant. So breakfasts were served in the neighbourhood restaurant. Wi-Fi connection was very unstable, it was not possible to watch movies and work remotely.

Breakfast was really basic and the same every day. Rooms are really small and not sound proof so you can hear everything from the neighbouring rooms.
