Very poor cleaning. Even the walk ways and rooms were very dirty. Kitchen was very dirty no standard and food was very poor

There is no elevator. And only one light plug was there in one room.must be 2 so that we can charge our phone and laptop simultaneously.

Though I'd like to leave a much better review given the hospitable nature of the owners and reception staff as a whole, I have to be fair and rate according to overall experience, though I would like to emphasise that the owner was a very jolly man indeed and the biryani(s) I ordered were good.

I am accounting for the price paid which was very reasonable for the location, though some things are just completely unacceptable. Firstly, the bathroom, though seemingly newly refurbished absolutely stank like human excrement comparable to the worst smell found in a public bathroom. I am not exaggerating. Secondly, when I went out I was asked for the key so that some maintenence could be conducted which is fine, though when I returned that evening, my room was wide open and three people were inside, so I had to wait in the lobby for a while before regaining access to my own room. The cleanliness was also not good with brown stains (I don't want to assume what) on the towel and there was no duvet, just a blanket with cigarette burns that I doubt gets washed after each guest. The negatives could easily be improved, especially with the welcoming nature of the owner(s) who were charmingly charismatic.

Internet service was intermittent, and wall socket plugs in my room were on and off on its own, which makes it harder to rely on when charging phones or cameras overnight. Of course that doesn't negate the kindness of staff. It's management issue.

This was positive suprise, great value for your money.

The entire management was very good. Corporative especially yasir bahi.

Hot water was available (but had to run taps for >10 minutes for 3 of our rooms to get it), the rooms are relatively modern and good sized with en suites. A few of the rooms were heavily smoked in, causing flares of asthma and the smell stayed within our clothes and luggage post departure. Bedding is unhygienic- they do not provide duvets with washable sheets, only kambals which have never been washed. Bed linen was ripped and dirty (see images) but changed second time on request. Location is good and close to airport and other places. Staff helped with taking luggage up and down. Some issues we had were resolved quickly e.g toilet not flushing. Room service for tea was good.

On check in at 1pm only one of the deluxebooked rooms were available, luckily I delayed my families arrival to 6pm; they tried to fob me off with small dirty carpeted rooms which I did not accept. As I had booked for my family, this was embarrassing and stressful. I was falsely accused of being a no show the day before (30/12) and told this was why my rooms weren’t ready, I explained I had booked from 31st and this was incorrect but they continued to undermine and gaslight me. A group of 8 had been booked initially for 3 nights and I added in 2 more for one night only- for some reason this caused lots of confusion for the managers who a) accused me of only booking for 6 people (booking.com only allowed me to list 2 people per room even though 1 of the rooms was a family suite for 4 people). They even suggested we had been ordering 2 extra breakfasts for 6 of us (there was 8 people named on the booking). They allowed other guests to extend their stay in a family suite I had booked, meaning it was unavailable but fortunately following complaints allowed us to upgrade, at an extra cost of 8000pkr per night, to a nicer family suite. The interactions I had were awkward and stressful with management and tainted the entire stay. Looking at other reviews they always respond with “why did you stay so long if you had xyz issue” - the reason is they take payment on the first day and how can guests with 10 large luggage’s between them run around the city looking for a new hotel at the last minute. I withheld the extra payment for the upgraded room until the end to ensure some kind of service would be provided, which they harassed me and my family for daily when I had explained at the start this is what would be done due to the disappointments so far. I had also told them prior to arrival we would check out at 4pm (due to late flights) which they said was okay but on the last day they also said check out is at 12. I explained the initial agreement evidenced on booking.

The staff was very cooperative and the services were fast. You'd ask for anything and they deliver you that. Overall it was comfortable and peaceful. The tea and breakfast was amazing. The location was travel sustainable.

The rooms shown in the pictures were not available so we were accommodated with other rooms which were kinda not of that level. Led tv in our room was not working. Improvements can be made in toiletries and bedsheets

In short words: a nice hotel to stay at with very economical rates especially if you book in advance. It has good environment for families Facilities: 1- Wide space rooms for families 2- Hot water in winters 3- Wonderful location, you have many known food outlets like KFC, McDonald's, Dominos, Optp etc and even local food eateries 4- Friendly staff 5- Tasty breakfast especially the tea which is rare in Lahore 6- Clean blankets and sheets 7- Nice interior for pictures
