The property was as advertised. The 4- bedroom/4 full bath accommodated my 13-member family with ease. It was clean and ready to receive guest at the agreed time. Communication was through text and email. The property managers responded quickly to all communication. Check-in / check-out procedures were clear and easily followed. Close to all attractions and in a safe quiet area. No problem with this stay.

Great location and very spacious and nice. During our stay one of the smoke detectors began chirping and despite it being later in the evening the company responded very quickly and changed the batteries. I would recommend a stay here and I know we will be coming back for a future visit.

GRRREAT CONDO! 5 STARS! What a beautiful home away from home! 4bd 4bath! EXCELLENT! Clean, easy access to Sight & Sounds Theatre. Close to everything in Branson. This will definitely be our go-to accommodations in the future. Already have told friends about this great rental. Thank you Cityscape Memories!

There were damaged items that were not replaced. The kitchen floor was dirty with Cheerios under the sink. The ceiling fans were dirty the light switch the fan switch in the master bedroom had a short in it. The dishwasher disposal had a short in it. The blow dryer in the First bedroom on the left did not work and there was no pots or pans big enough or enough of them to cook with was not happy with our stay would not return there

Out of all the places we have stayed in Branson, we believe this is our favorite. Clean. Close to everything. Hosts were easy to speak with. Terrific place! Definitely coming back!

We loved this condo! It was perfect for a Sisters fun weekend getaway. It was so clean and roomy. Plus, it was close to all of the activities in the area. The management company, Grand Welcome, provided excellent service! Would definitely stay here again.

Plenty of room with 4 beds and 4 bath. Condo could use Updates. Cookwear needs to be replaced. Management was very responsive. Not a fan of the memory foam mattresses.

The property was clean, loved the fact that it had 4 bedrooms with 4 baths! It is centrally located to everything we wanted to do! Nice, quiet, peaceful property! We would stay here again!

We enjoyed the property and plan to return on our next trip. Most of us wanted our "own space" for sleeping and bathroom, so the four bedroom four bathroom worked well. The only problem we had was not being able to work turn the TV off with the remote. It was probably us and not the equipment.

We had a wonderful stay. The only thing is directions to the actual condo were a little confusing, but we found it. Condo was as described. We did wake up to tornado sirens going off...a suggestion would be to have emergency suggestions...like where to go for a tornado. We were on the top level of the condo. A bit scary, but nothing the owner could do about it...but possibly offer some emergency suggestions in the event it happens to others.

What a perfect location and perfect place in Branson. There were 5 of us and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms. Clean, comfortable and relaxing.

We misunderstood the listing about it being a walk up and our mom uses a walker and couldn't walk up the stairs to the top level, but they were so helpful and worked with us and helped us find a different property to stay in with no stairs. It was a huge blessing and we had a wonderful time!! Thank you so much!!!!

Rooms are all nice size, really enjoyed that each bedroom had its own bathroom attached. Beds are VERY comfortable! House was clean, sidewalks were clean. We were there during an ice/snow storm. The parking lot was a little icy, but nothing major. would definitely stay there again! Was a nice 10 minute drive to the Branson Convention Center which is why we were there to begin with.

Reserved the condo for mys wife’s 50 birthday. Had her fiends meet us as a suprise. Such a great weekend for everyone. Condo was great. Super clean. Great responses and welcome from owner. Made reservation so easy.

Perfect condo. 4 girls, 4 rooms, 4 bathrooms. But 2 rooms had 2 full beds so would be great for families also. This condo was nice and cozy and we enjoyed our quiet time just playing games and watching tv!

My sister, our three children, my mother, mother in law and a friend came for a long weekend and a family reunion. Finding a place for all of us to stay together was important and this was such a great find. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, plus a living room and kitchen, we were definitely able to spread out. Great location as well. Everything was great and clean. Someone needs to check into the TV in living room. The volume would go up and down even when no one was touching the remote. Maybe something was sticking on the volume controls, could not figure out. Very minor item. Thank you for a great stay!

My family and I enjoyed the accommodations in this condo. Chris, was very nice and treated us well. There was more than enough room for us all and the number of bathrooms was a plus. My only suggestion is to update the television. We had a hard time streaming our shows.

Accessible to everything
Nice, very clean, mostly updated, spacious condo. What we loved most about this condo was the cleanliness. In two of the four bedrooms there were two full sized beds, instead of bunk beds. We were a group of moms/teen daughters and it was nice that no one had to sleep in a bunk bed. All of the other condos we looked at on VRBO had one parent room (king or queen bed) and one kid room (bunk bed.) And each bedroom had its own bath. This is wonderful when you are traveling with friends. The mattress are memory foam. This can take a little getting used to if you aren’t used to this type of mattress. Condo was on the top floor and quiet. Price was good and easy access to Branson attractions We would definitely
stay here again.
