Very clean well stocked apartment. Host great about responding when contacted.

The parking was a problem, I was given a parking spot number but there was another car parked in that spot all week. Parking on the street was hit or miss.

The outside pool area is nice, and the location is close to oldtown.

The apartment is empty, not welcoming, not comfortable. There were cobwebs on all the ceiling fans, the air filter was bent and sooo filled with dust. We found a baby roach in the bathroom one of the mornings. The owners have a hidden $90 cleaning fee that you have to pay to get access to the property, but the place is barely surface clean. One of the bedrooms also has a creepy little door to a storage space with eye paintings in it.
