Excellent facility and food and staff behavior. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The traditional Kerala chatty choru was off the charts. Lot of food options.

Parking is outside. Have to go through the main road. An access to parking would be great. No welcoming guests at the gate. Would also benefit from a 24 hour coffee shop.

The rooms have wonderful views and the beds are fabulous. The pools are situated to take advantage of the views with really comfortable lounge chairs and I appreciated that one is adults only. The special ingredient to this hotel however is the receptionist, Ayra, who is the "glue" that holds customer service to exemplary heights...and in fact, in my case, was singularly responsible for turning this stay from an average one to an exceptional one. She goes beyond all expectations for making sure you are well cared for and have a great time. For example, the hotel does not serve alcohol and when I expressed my interest in having wine, she made arrangements for a grand adventure that allowed me to bring some bottles back to my room. Additionally, she helped facilitate two marvelous, memorable tours of the surrounding area with well vetted and wonderful drivers. Lastly, I needed to arrange for transportation to my next destination and another receptionist kept blowing me off indicating I could just call a cab on the morning of my departure. But it was a 3 hour drive so I doubted a simple call without a reservation would suffice. I waited for Ayra to arrive and bingo - she immediately understood the need to book, did so, and all went like clockwork following that. ( also she efficiently and effectively cancelled one night of my stay when I realized one of the places I wanted to visit was too far to travel to from the hotel. ) I know I am not alone in my appreciation of her efforts - I saw several other guests look for her when they needed help!

The food served is just okay - not great which is surprising for a hotel like this. Also - the breakfast is fine but not memorable. Room service however is prompt and responsive to all calls. Great manager and staff deliever efficient service.

You can’t beat the view and the amazing staff, I had a wonderful stay!

This accommodation is pure luxury and comfort. A room with a wonderful view, the comfort and size of the room and its equipment are very above standard. The pools are amazing, with a view, very pleasant. Varied breakfast, attentive, professional and helpful staff. Thank you!

I didn't like dinners very much, the "value for money" of the ala carte menu was, in my opinion, low compared to what you can enjoy in any ordinary restaurant in the area on your own for completely another prices... Drinking water by the pool and in the gym would be very appreciated :)

Its a lovely scenic property with lot of greenery, pollution free, quite and peace. It was so beautiful that we had to extend our stay to enjoy the nature’s natural beauty. Coming to the hotel rooms, very spacious, Hitech features, top notch branded bath fittings, every room has a unique view and feel. Very well maintained property, be the pool to the restaurant food..everything was simply perfect. The night view of the hotel property it’s surroundings are more to experience..also the bonfire. The hotel has a great collection of indoor plants and maintaining them is just an expensive hobby. The staff were very courteous and always there for the guests round the clock. Munnar has been a wonderful experience in total and the panoramic getaway added the best atmosphere to it. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

Staffs was very helpful, Able & Sarath at front desk good guys & very attentive to Customer needs. Food ( breakfast & inhouse restaurant) was very good. Nice play area for everyone. pool with nice view.

the underground restaurant was closed and we did not know this before booking, the hotel is 30 minutes drive to Munnar. so a bit far away and unfortunately no view of the famous tea fields

Really nice hotel, great view, food was amazing. Mouth, our driver for transfer to next location was amazing, showing us the surroundings on the way..made our transfer like a Kerala tour.

for our taste maitress was a bit too soft.

As soon as you walk in and are greeted with Ayra's beautiful smile at reception, you instantly feel welcone. Then the views absolutely blow you .away.
