The cleanliness and size of the room exceeded our expectations.

We were only informed of the pool closure upon arrival which detracted from our enjoyment. We had looked forward to a swim

as we expected it was a big hotel. but for the purpose it was good. in Rome you go out and don’t stay in a hotel

A real jam just off Rome centre! Due to the severe hot weather, we could combine our vacation to both city tours (morning and late afternoon) and poolside in midday. Excellent value for money

It is a bit far away from any tourist attraction and you need to use taxi with every time you leave/return

pool area is lovely and rooms are bright and clean.

Distance from city and difficulty and cost of utilising the shuttle minibus. Also thought the hotel shuttle could easily stop at 2-3 locations rather than just one.

Free upgrade, excellent and new rooms, and a 5 star hotel honestly !

Far a bit from the center ( 25 mins)

We enjoyed our stay . Very helpful staff especially the porter when we were trying to weigh our luggage. Very accomodating too since we. left our luggage for few days then just return a day before our flight back home

It is a very modern and clean hotel. We received a very warm welcome from the staff. The breakfast was fantastic. We used the shuttle bus to get into the city centre. Complimentary mini bar was great.

Our room looked over the front of the hotel and it was quite noisy especially early in the morning with cars driving over the cobbles. Complimentary use of the indoor pool would have been welcomed.

Our favourite Rome stay! We keep coming back almost regullary :D

Good facilities, comfy beds, clean, gorgeous spa

Length of time it took to be seen/helped at reception, allow at least 15/20 mins even if just one person in front of you. Getting into town was easy enough about 25 mins on bus, but getting back was very difficult, we gave up trying to find the right bus stop to get back to the hotel so ended up spending out on taxis to get back every day

The calmness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. All staff were exceptional
