The service was amazing! We really had a great time! I loved the charm and elegance of the hotel! The location was also great.

The Mayflower was a lovely hotel. Our room had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff were great! The lobby and bar area are beautiful. My only complaint is the bar staff were older with dry personalities and were less than accommodating. Drinks were good, but their service needed an upgrade.

When we got to the mayflower hotel at 4pm Saturday the 12th they could not confirm our reservation. We all tried to contact your company but could not . About an hour and a half two hours later we finally decided to drive back home to NC. The manager on duty, The manager on duty was nice but could not accommodate us. Very disappointed and we were very tired because we drove there that morning from NC and all the way home that evening

Such a great hotel, beautiful exterior and grand halls inside. Our room was just as it was pictured, clean and spacious, great location. I will come back next time I'm in D.C.

I was charged $1300 for incidentals. The property manager in the day wanted to make it right however the property manager in the evening wanted to check me out and check me back in. In the end, nothing was resolved and I’m still having to wait for the $1300 to come back to my account plus another $86 for resort fees.

Had a great stay. Thankful to the housekeeping staff. My room was very clean and checking in & out was very simple. Will stay again.

I thought that overall the staff were very helpful and courteous. The ambiance was that of an old grand hotel but the room was reasonably priced. I would certainly recommend it to others.

Will definitely stay here again. The Mayflower Hotel is in the perfect location. Easy access to the DC metro and various bus routes that can take you all over the city. Lots of shopping and dining access all in walking distance. Room was very clean and the hotel staff went above and beyond!! This hotel is my new favorite!!

Loved the location of this property. Walking distance to metro and comedy club. Public areas of hotel are beautiful and well maintained. Food from room service was very good. Room was a little small and the HVAC did not work well. Good stay overall.

Everything was good but the noise of huge air condition unit front of my window made hard to sleep. Ac unit was outside and on the roof of next building

Noisy from the street in the middle of night but that’s not the hotels fault - just wanted to warn so you can use ear plugs…

Key card error prohibited us from getting our keys and they promised to deliver to room, but didn’t. Restaurant and valet did not answer phones. The restaurant voicemail was full. The hotel telephone answering system is an excruciating painful automated process that either redirects your to hotel again even though you thought you called the hotel number on the site, or makes it so confusing to find a live person to talk to. The phone in the room did not work. Street noise outside carries upward to room.

Hotel had $25 Destination Fee, which turned out to be a hidden fee that was not propetly disclosed agead of time. It was sipposed to be applied to restaurant and Uber rides, but it was not explained by staff. We could not apply it to Uber and restaurant discount was not a discount.

Fantastic hotel. Service and facilities were excellent, especially loved the gym. The restaurant/bar was very nice. Great location. Will definitely stay here next time we visit DC.

It was my first time to say there. The room is ok. The mini bar in the room was empty. No pen and paper in the room. No slippers or bathrobe. No water!!

It was a nice stay. The resort fee and info was a bit confusing. The customer service was great. The hotel is very nice. The beds could be better. I would stay there again as the rooms were roomy and nice.

Staff has all been very helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are big. There is a $25 per day fee taken for dining - this cannot but used cumulatively and that should be explained upon check in.

My room was disappointing it was dark and
poorly lit facing the alley . It was not cheap so I don’t appreciate that .
