Un poco costoso, sin embargo, todo en Washington es costoso.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable and beds were big. Close to airport plus airport shuttle starting round 4:30am.

The staff would continue personal conversations instead of attending to guest straight away. Lacked some attentiveness towards guest at times unfortunately.

Expensive breakfast-felt it should have been included given cost of room. Tub shower drain was slow and water was not hot

Location was great.. right at airport for a later flight .. traffic was too heavy to drive from Fredericksburg Va..,would never have gotten to airport for my flight to Dallas Texas ..

The room rate was outrageous ($500.+) I had a funeral to attend .. ( my sons) .. this was a lot for 1 Night .. but sometimes you have to do what you have to do..😣

I loved the location. Close to airport and so much to do. Hotels are fairly nice.

Need to invest in better pillows and there were only sheets on the bed. Im a blanket person especially if your running AC 24/7. Beds were comfortable though.

We got to the property and they did not have our room available that we paid for nearly a month ago. There was “maintenance issues” with our booked room and we were never notified about it until we checked in. They ended up downgrading our room and not refunding us. We are now in a room that is not big enough for the number of guests and so one of us has to sleep on the floor. We’ve asked 3 times to get an extra set of bed clothes and have waited nearly 4 hours.

Room & location were excellent; walking distance to Metro, very good restaurants & DCA. Other family had stayed here earlier during the year for spring break with their kids. They recommended this Hilton property to us.

Noted where there had been a leak in the ceiling near the window, awoke in the middle of the night, thought I heard water dripping but in the morning checked the carpet & found it dry so not sure what I heard.

The lobby and room were clean!

This was probably the worst hotel/ booking experience of my life. Was told multiple different things at desks about early check inn and if there was a fee included or not. The rate I booked at said it came with early check in if available not earlier check in for a additional fee. The assistant GM told me to come at 2 and he would let us check in came back at 2 they didn’t have any rooms. But was given a room 15 minutes later. This rate also included a 25 credit to be used at the property which they had not record of. I told her I wanted to use it towards parking, I was told she had look into. Never heard back the parking charges we’re still taken out of my account. Now about the hotel itself. It’s old and outdated, limited tight parking at $33 a night, no elevator in parking area you literally have to take luggage up steps or walk down ramp with traffic going both ways. The breakfast price listed was 12.99 with my rate was then told breakfast was 19.99. The bathroom was nice! This was not a pleasant experience. 0/10 I stay in area often and I will gladly pay more for a better experience. Moral of the story don’t be cheap. I will never come back.
