Excellent base for our family reunion.

Service was poor in bar/restaurant area. Check in was slow and failed to provide water that i get as a silver member. Last two properties i stayed at, bathroom door wouldn't close. Ac unit was loud

The employee thatwas checking me in, he didnt think like he knew what he was doing. He pulled a virtual reservation with a las vegas address, then was going to charge me again and way more than I had paid with hotels.com, when he asked me to swipe my card. He kept referring to expedia, i told him that i made the reservation through hotels.com and it was already paid for. I had to show him my receipt on my phone. Then, he got his supervisor and everything got straight.

Found a baby’s nappy (diaper) in the swimming pool one morning, not good

The room are dated and the air conditioning is as loud as an MTA train. The bathroom are from 1999 and the sheet are discolored.

they offer a shuttle , then don't pick you up ! left us in the rain for over one hour. Our property was damaged the manager refused to acknowledge the damage . The air condition in room, didn't work. There was a gas leak in the lobby where you have breakfast. HORRIBLE !

Old rooms not updated dirty rugs old bathroom !! Beautiful outside pool with a bar the only nice about the hotel n the lounge area but rooms are not good musty smell

The pool and views were lovely. I was hopeful for a more updated/ clean room. The one major complaint I have is the carpeting. My family and I all kept our shoes on in our room throughout our stay as the carpet smelled and felt grimy.

When we arrived they had us in the wrong room. The rooms are old and small. The TV did not work and there were no towels in the room. All was fixed but time consuming. The parking lot key card does not work so tickets had to be taken. The shower drains poorly and the window view is very small and located just over the bed so you can only see if in the bed. This was a pricey mistake considering one night was nearly $300 and the second night over $400. Not worth half of that and we won’t be staying at this place again

Overall good experience. The views are beautiful, but the room we stayed seemed a little outdated. There’s no vent in the bath room and it’s a dusty. The sink is not easy to work with, it’s strange ; i thought it was broken.

It was close to the Tampa airport and the Port of Tampa cruise line. The room was very spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The views were great, and the pool was very calming and relaxing, and I saw a dolphin swim by from my room.
I would stay there again when I am down in Tampa!

I would have liked more selections for dinner like seafood. The hotel should aloud the guest to bring food to the hotel.

It was fine. Clean and comfortable. A bit dated and the AC unit was loud. Good location and nice view of you have the pool view…otherwise you’re looking at the parking lot. One of the dresser drawers was broken. We ate dinner one night at the hotel bar. My grouper sandwich was delicious. The shrimp scampi tasted good, but not even close to a traditional scampi. The bartender made an excellent dirty martini! It was priced right, but not likely to stay there again.

Property needs to be better maintained. Doors are marked, windows need cleaning., elevators need to be updated. Restaurant very poor. Both times I ate there food was cold. Staff very limited which made for long waits. Not the Hilton I know ! Kudos to Lois and Mr Patel at front desk. Room not cleaned for two days!very disappointing experience. Will not return to this property.

The hiotels.com website says there’s a microwave in every room and there’s not. The hotel says they’ve told Hotels.com numerous times but they don’t bother to post the new pictures or provide the new description.
