Nice and cosy hotel in 8 min walk from Milano Centrale. Very good breakfast with various foods, fruits and vegetables. Friendly staff kindly let us leave our luggage in the store room after check out.

Everything was ok. The elevators are so small I was afraid what happens if we get stock innthe middle of the floors. All the staff were very helpful, rooms are clean.

The hotel is in a very good location.About 5 minutes walk to Milan Centrale and close to metro stations.There are a couple of restaurants in the area if you don’t fancy going to the main shopping area.There is a convenience store along the way to the hotel if anyone fancy some snacks.The AC was not as powerful though.It takes a while to cool down the whole room.Luckily, whoever it is that’s cleaning our room left it open on the second day that is why the room is already cold when we arrived in the evening.It is handy that the room has kettle and coffee and the fridge has a selection of drinks if you suddenly crave for one during the evening.The bed sheets are changed everyday as well as the towels. There is a good selection of food for breakfast.There is also a facility for leaving your luggage if your flight is late in the afternoon/evening.We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and we’d definitely come back given the chance again.

A lovely, short, simple stay

First night was great. Decided to get another night. They didn’t let us stay in the same room. Pay for the same bed queen. I paid extra for room and the extra for another person but they put us still in the single room, with little bed for two, and bathroom wa so small, shower are very tiny, shower curtain was short, didn’t block the water. Bathroom flooded. I understand that bathroom is small but needs maintenance, longer shower curtain. So so hot, air conditioner was on but didn’t get room cool. I am sweating just sitting on the bed. Fridge also didn’t get cold. Small room, small bath, very hot room. But great location, fair price and clean.

Stayed here for a long weekend in Milan - the hotel room was big and modern and staff were great. The bed was firm which I like and I slept really well for both nights we stayed. The hotel is about 5 mins walk to the Repulica Metro station which then took only a few minutes to arrive into central Milan by the cathedral - would recommend if you are looking for a nice hotel at a reasonable price and not too far out from the city centre

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Area was quiet, no concerns for safety or otherwise.

The staff's attitude on the first day was very bad. I felt bad when they sighed and said something completely different when I asked them what channel the TV was on. The other staff were good, but that one staff member was the only one who was bad.

Love my room check in was seamless and free breakfast was amazing

Stayed here for a few nights, staff are very friendly and attentive. They don’t have a laundry on site but the staff members directed us to one 10mins down the road. Breakfast was nice and had different options each day. also had coffee, tea and different juices from 3pm to 9pm which was great. Would recommend staying here.

Great place

Great hôtel if you want to be near the central station..8 minutes walk from the train station. The room is big and clean. Good choice at the breakfast. The only negatif point would be that the staff could be friendlier. Good quality price

Excellent hotel for a budget

It was a good size and clean, but dated and tired. The shower tray was too small and with a curtain there was inevitable flooding. The staff were brilliant and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. It’s close to the station and team to the city centre. Probably value for money overall, I’d hoped the room would have been a bit more up to date.

Hotel was ok. Staff serving breakfast were extremely nice. Single room was claustrophobic, dated and 3 stars at most.

This Hotel was an absolutely amazing experience. The staff was so friendly and helpful, spoke very good English and was able to help us with transportation. The hotel is located in a perfect area, only a 7 minute walk to the train station and a 9 minute walk to the metro station where you can go to the center of Milan and visit all of the attractions. The rooms were beautiful and extremely clean and nicely decorated. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Milan! We will be back.

Great location, close to Central train/bus station and metro stops. Big room and bathroom, very friendly staff.

Nice and relaxing. Good breakfast. Only thing I would like is to get more legroom in front of toilet.

The evening desk staff were excellent. Very personable and great to chat to about football and accents. I could have spent my evenings just hanging out there.

Easy to walk to the train station from hotel or use the tram.
