Perhaps a language barrier but the young woman who checked us in was rude at every encounter. This is a 3 star hotel at best. Elevator didnt go to our room, which was unbearbly hot. Hallways and stairs were dirty. Mini fridge not stocked. Full ashtray on balcony.

I am not giving 5 stars because bed/mattress/pillows need a clear upgrade and better comfort. For the rest all was good. Spacious room and quite big hotel.

The hotel was very friendly. The location was good and it was easy to get to sightseeing. However, we were three adults and we booked a large room, but there were not enough sofas, tables or power outlets.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay here before we went to Neuschwanstein Castle. It is centrally located in a cute, little town. Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful (in English.) Room had plenty of space.

This is a four star hotel and the staff are helpful. The rooms and the hotel are a little dated so for the money I was a bit surprised but it's an expensive town / the sauna was fantastic and the breakfasts were medium. Overall ok for the money but maybe needs an update

Very friendly and helpful staff. I inadvertently booked the wrong date and the young gentleman at the front desk was willingly helpful and booked us a family room for the one night accomodation. He went above and beyond helping me with the situation.
Hotel location, parking and dining options are superb. Breakfast was excellent. We will definitely book at Luitpoldpark again the next time we visit Fussen.

Great service! Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, bus station close by to Neuschwanstein Castle. We will return to this hotel in the future.

The hotel is close to Fussen station, which is very convenient for train and bus transfers. There are many restaurants in the area and a supermarket in the basement of the hotel where you can buy daily necessities. The rooms are spacious and clean, but the facilities seem a little dated overall. The front desk was often unmanned, and I felt that the service was not problematic but not friendly either. We were asked to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out but were only allowed to leave it in an unlocked storage room in the lobby, which felt a bit unsafe.

Nicely situated hotel that was close to shopping and dining. Room was huge but it had almost no furniture in it and the furniture it did have seemed like stuff they got from an apartment somebody was moving out of. Our room was right next to a park that was decent to look at but had a lot of noise coming from it later in the evening. All in all we were satisfied and would not avoid this hotel. Parking was very convenient.

The hotel was basic. There wasn’t shower gel or shampoo. The room was on a very busy street so sleep was not my friend. Also, the room was quite warm. I couldn’t adjust the temperature.

The hotel was nice and staff were very helpful. However, there was construction in front of the hotel which made it difficult to get to. But once we found a way around the construction it was easy. Plus the bus stop was a 2 minute walk from the hotel. We were able to take the bus to the castles easily with the Füssen card that you get a check-in.

Nice, clean place, good breakfast. A bit expensive. Unfortunately, no fridge in the rooms, which is a bit unexpected for a 4star hotel. No English channels beside the news channel. The lady at the reception (unfortunately I don’t remember her name but I believe she is Bulgarian) is unbelievably friendly and helpful.

It was a very nice hotel in the centre of the town. Our room was spacious and pretty and the bathroom very good.
We enjoyed the breakfast too. The personnel is very friendly.

Staff went out of their way to be helpful, and were very friendly and charming. Hotel is in a great location close to the train station and town center. We walked to Neuschwanstein Castle, among other great attractions, and less than a mile away is the Austrian border.

We stayed for one night, the girst night we arrived to Europe. Thenvheck in was easy and the rolm was spacious and comfortable. Also convenient to many things atound the area

I loved Fussen it was so easy to walk around and see the town and what it has to offer. The hotel gave a free card for transport which we used to go and see the castles. We walked all over, we went to see the weir and and walked to the next town which was only 3.5kms away. It had everything we wanted.

Excellent location! Had a good experience overall; however, the air conditioning did not work properly, so that made sleeping a tad uncomfortable.

No air conditioning. Luckily it wasn’t hot. 1950 decor. Breakfast was very good. Location is very central close to everything.
