Love this hotel, i’ve stayed here for 10 nights over the last couple of years. The hotel takes you back to the heydays of classic 5* hotels with modern subtle touches. The bedrooms are light and airy although there can be a bit of noise from the street into the night, not enough to disrupt sleep (Genoa is a busy city throughout the year) The staff have always been extremely helpful and efficient.
Breakfast is served via buffet but with an air of elegance in the 2nd floor dining room.

Excellent 5 star hotel with Italian hospitality in the best form everyone makes you feel so welcome and best word to describe is sweet and lovely. So accommodating and helpful happy staff and amazing circular stairs to decor to ceiling frescos we felt transported to times traveling was luxury and fun. We loved the hotel and def coming back food is stunning as well. Guests are beautiful and happy what can one ask more

We are have amazing time in the hotel. Stuff and service it’s very good. That is very comfy.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. I felt like I was transported back in time when the customer was king. I had to wait for nothing. The room was fabulous, the bed was so comfortable, and we slept the sleep of the dead it was so peaceful. The hotel was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and some of the best coffee. If you come to Genoa, you must stay here.

My husband and I were very happy with theBristol. Beautiful building, entry way and the room was gorgeous. The hotel is on the main street. Great location lots of shops, cafes. It is a bit noisy if you open the window. The AC works great. There are elevators.
Super friendly staff everyone speaks English too. the room shower is small so you get water everywhere when you shower !!And can be slippery too. Not too far from the Genoa airport.
I would stay here again.

Property is located in a walkable area to easily access restaurants and stores. Front desk staff is great! very helpful and knowledgeable …gave us great restaurant recommendations and places of interest. The bar staff and service is my only disappointment at this property as the service if any is slow, bar tender barely acknowledged us when entering and we sat for 20 min before he brought over the menu to disappear never to be seen. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy a drink before dinner.

This is a wonderful hotel, reminiscent of the old days. The service is exceptional. We were troubled by a constant sound coming from beneath our room of a machine going on and off on and off otherwise it was a wonderful place to stay in the center of Genoa.

Our room was very undistinguished, surprising given the price and stars. The bad news was that the air conditioning unit was extremely loud. The good news was that the loudness of the unit obscured the sound of snoring from the neighboring room—pretty abysmal sound-proofing. Positives are that the hotel is very convenient to the old town and its many attractions, to some excellent restaurants and the Brignole train station.

Good location, with amenities befitting the class of hotel. Good service in all areas. I particularly enjoyed being served by Ivan the hotel barman, who prepared and served drinks and bistro food well, but also provided great company, sightseeing advice and local colour. Hotel main restaurant food was also pleasing. Only gripe is that my en suite bathroom was a bit cramped, but perhaps not true of all bathrooms

A wonderful visit to the Bristol Palace. Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms have an old world feel with modern conveniences. Breakfast is very good with excellent coffee. Location is perfect for visiting the highlights of Genoa. Highly recommended!!

A classic five star hotel. Everything professionally done and a warm welcome. A great base for trips to Cinque Terre. Nice breakfast service and excellent dinner restaurant. Would definitely stay again!
