Location is perfect! Within walking distance of the duomo and the galleria and many restaurants. The hotel itself is nice and clean with attentive staff. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the room was relatively small and the breakfast was so so.

Great hotel. Staff not friendly

I love this hotel and I have stayed there few times. Great location, services and the young lady at check in, Sharon really great. The area isn’t as safe as I have felt Thor other times I have stayed there my wife was pickpocket right by the Duomo. But again the hotel is great. Please if in that area keep your eyes open and your valuables in the hotel safe.

The staff was so helpful and supportive! Loved it! If I could make one recommendation it would be a little higher toilet and a bar to help get up from. But everyone and everything was amazing!

Overall the location of the property was ideal but the hotel lacked the extra service and breakfast was nothing special. No iron and tea facilities in the room which most hotel provide as a standard.

No internet for three days!! The worst thing is to have no internet in your room for three nights when you are traveling! Front desk clerk blamed it on their internet carrier. GET A NEW CARRIER!! Not happy!

Beautiful property & amazing location

Great hotel, close to the city center

I liked convenience of walking out of hotel and very close to sites, duomo, restaurants. Rooms were clean ,very spacious but many issues with hotels the keys to my rooms. Key issues every single time we tried to get into our room. It was 15 minute to 1/2 hour wait to fix issue. Also, upon check in, I had asked to checkin early bc our flight landed at 6 am. They did not have our room ready until 230 pm. We were in the lounge area sleeping when they told us room was ready. We were exhausted after sight seeing from 10 am after we landed until our tour was over and we got to hotel at 130. They did not address our specific need. We were t able to get into our room until 230. Was very frustrating for the money that was paid, they were not accommodating to that point.

Feel not safe, random people open your door two times!

We got into our room and there was opened and empty water bottles on the counter. A letter was there for another guest. Towel in powder room was used. So a little surprising for this level of hotel. Staff were nice and friendly.

The apartments here are amazing. You can tell the owner and CEO spent a lot of time understanding their clientele and catering to their level of expected service and decor. Loved it.

Best place to stay to be next to all the biggest attractions and the shops. Not only was it beautiful it was clean the breakfast was excellent and the staff was so polite and helpful.

The shower slow to drain. Caulking around bathroom fixture needs to be redone.

Great location only flaw was check out. Called for bags to be picked ulup from our room and no one ever showed up.
