We were there for just a quick overnight for medical reasons. Location for Restaurant and medical services was super convenient.

I was here for nine days and found the staff friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and a few days ordered off the menu. The food was very good.
It was a convenient location, just a short walk to restaurants and the Santa Monica Pier, and close to I-10 and the Pacific Coast Hwy.

Amazing, fully-renovated hotel. Rooms were truly a suite with separate living room. Very clean and good service.

Hotel is OK. The room and hotel is a bit old. Service was OK. Had some trouble and when needed management they were not helpful (and a bit sarcastic). Overall OK experience, but price is high for this quality. Good location and easy access.

Perfect distance from the Santa Monica pier, so you could walk there but still have peace and quiet at night.

Came early for our daughter’s wedding. My husband and I loved this hotel, it was super clean and accommodating, located within walking distance of the beach and amazing restaurants. I would stay here anytime. Just GREAT.

I honestly don’t understand why this hotel is rated as 4-star. It’s a run-down building which doesn’t have any proper amenities..

Great hotel in an excellent location. Staff were great and very attentive. No room service, but plenty of Uber eats option! Pool was a hit with the kids.
Location was awesome for getting around. Would hook again!

The part of the hotel that I didn’t enjoy at all, the gym area was directly above my room. The constant thumps amd dropping of weights beginning at 4:30 AM was extremely frustrating and annoying.
I really liked Sandy in the bar/restaurant area. A great person and she made customers feel at home.

I recently stayed at the Santa Monica Hilton and had a wonderful experience. The customer service was exceptionally polite and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The restaurant on-site is on the pricier side, but if you're in the mood to indulge, it's worth trying.
The pool, while not huge, is located on the third floor and has warm water, making it a great spot to relax after a workout at the gym. I also loved the location—it's in a walkable and very safe area of Santa Monica.
Overall, a nice hotel that I definitely plan on returning to!

It was a walk to the pier, and not many places super nearby to eat or explore. But nice and clean rooms and safe property for the area.

The staff of the hotel is very helpful and the romm is very clean. The rooms are very noisy as a busy street is next to the hotel. It seems that the hotel don't have sound proof windows. You cannot hardly sleep once your room is next to the street.
