Everything was a cash grab. Have to pay 25$ for parking to stay at the hotel you paid for. And no complimentary breakfast, 25$ for breakfast instead. Also have to pay 150$ deposit in “case of damages”. None of these expenses are told to you when you book the hotel, i found all of this out when i got there to check in. Ridiculous.

Do not stay here. Overall cleanliness is a 1 out 10. Floors had stains, broken lamps, clear evidence of water issue you can see on the walls and carpet. The pictures on line is very misleading. I stayed overnight and couldn’t wait to get out of there. The staff was good. No issues there. They even accommodated my parking, breakfast and a better room. But overall the rooms are out dated and filthy. Visible hair on the furniture, dusty, yeah don’t stay at this Hilton plaza. The rooms are very terrible

Location was great. However the room would not go below 78 degrees and the bathroom had bugs

The hotel is in desperate need of modernisation. My room was fusty and had a damp smell, but this was due to zero ventilation as the windows wouldn’t open. It was clean, however. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were fantastic.

Prepaid 3 night stay. Couldn’t provide me a room on the first night. Several people sleeping on lobby floor and furniture for hours. Given room at 4am next day. Room stunk really bad like cigarettes. Had to wait longer for another room. Worst hotel management experience ever.

I paid in full, drove with my family 2 hours and and was denied stay. Hilton claimed upon check in that Hotels.com sent them a list the morning of cancelations and my reservation was canceled. Please advise

Pros: Friendly check in service. Complimentary waters provided. Conveniently located with reasonable shuttle costs to the stadium. It was quiet in the evening. Cons: There was no refrigerator and the conditioner in the shower was empty. Terrible service at breakfast

Hotel is dingy and outdated but ok for overnight stay for met life venue

Room was old. Took long time to get hot water. Rust on items in bathroom as no vent.

We stayed for 3 nights, first night we stayed on the 14th floor, it was musty or mildew smell to the room and there was a used bar of soap in the bathroom. The next morning the staff was helpful and we changed our room to the 20th floor, this was 100 times better! Clean fresh smelling and comfier for sleeping.

Upon arrival we learned that you have to pay for parking (a change form previous stays). At check in we were informed that because we booked via Hotels.com, our room choice was not guaranteed. We booked a king room and the Hilton app even let us choose our room. When we arrived we were told that our room would have two double beds. The staff member did comp our parking for one night since I clearly expressed my disappointment. When we got to our room, one of our keys did not work so my husband had to return to the front deck for a new key. In the room, the left faucet handle on the bathroom sink is loose and just swivels around. Also, the shower gel in the bath was empty which I did not notice until I tried to use it when in the shower. Needless to say, as NYGiant season ticket holders, we will likely choose to stay elsewhere for the next home game.

Was here for the HBCU Classic was allowed to check in early had a good time. Just wish they still had the shuttles directly to the Mets stadium, but walking from American dream wasn't too bad.

Over all nice place but property need to update especially mattress department. Stayed few times however every single time, there is quiet discrepancy each room I stayed in.

I was quite disappointed with our stay. The room did not meet expectations—there was a large stain on the carpet, and the water temperature was inconsistent throughout our visit. On the first day, the water was extremely cold. After reporting it to the front desk, we were told it would be fixed, but the issue persisted. Some days, the water was scalding hot, while other days, it barely got warm. On the day of checkout, we couldn't even take a shower because the water was too cold. To make matters worse, as I was gathering our belongings, I noticed a strong urine odor coming from the floor, which was extremely unsanitary. It’s unsettling to think that we spent several nights in a room with such poor hygiene, especially on a family vacation. The hotel’s staircase was also in terrible condition—run-down, dirty, and littered with trash. It didn’t feel safe at all. Overall, our experience was far from what we expected, and we left feeling very unsatisfied.

I love the near that you are to get the American Dream mall with all the attractions that this includes around 8 minutes driving but not walkable (walk prohibit) by the other hand the floor was sticky, it looks good to the sight but when you touch the furniture surfaces feels sticky.

The elevators did not work, only 2 were working and we had a room on the 20th floor. It was a 20-30 minute wait each time and we had to stop at every floor. The price was so expensive and not what I expected for the price

The AC doesn’t work. You should be putting that temporarily until you have the issue fixed. Instead of giving guests the run around after they’ve already checked in.

This property is showing significant signs of age and struggles to accommodate guests when it's fully booked. With over 20 floors, there is only one elevator, which quickly becomes overwhelmed during busy times, such as when a party is happening. This forces guests to use the stairs, which isn't necessarily a problem, but the signs in the lobby direct you far outside or through a housekeeping area, which feels odd and inconvenient. The hotel was uncomfortably hot, had a noticeable moldy smell, and the WiFi was unreliable. Additionally, our room had a large stain on the carpet and pillows suck.

Checking at the front desk was not warm and welcome

The cleanliness of the room is terrible, there is a mildew smell, AC doesn’t work and the electric outlet none of them work. We took three rooms each room was terrible more than the other. The bathroom tub was clogged. One of the bathroom seats was taped. No hair dryer in the rooms. No napkins. Not recommending the place to anyone.
