Surprised that the room did not have a safe for valuables. There is the spot but no lock. Expensive room for that being lacking.
Did like the coffee expresso.

There is nothing special or luxurious about the room. This is not identical to what was displayed on Ritz Carlton's website. I'm uncertain about whether the food served at the hotel restaurant was Mediterranean. It's not worth the price. In conclusion, the experience at Hilton was much more favorable for me, and it was less than half the price that I spent at Ritz Carlton.

Opened door, very foul smelling like body odor and curry cooked soaked place. Called and complained, and wanted refund, property owner refused, and now I’m out $800. Stay away from this place, the owners will not do anything for you but take your money

It’s the Ritz. Always top notch. Location is a heavily developed area adjoining shopping mall and off highway. Convenient to Arlington and Pentagon.

The ground floor and 2nd floor are beautiful. But the rooms were VERY disappointing. Old, didn't have an armoire to put clothing in. magazines were wine and something else. NO DC tourist magazine?

We stay at this Ritz when we are in the DC area. From the greeters to room services, I give them 5 stars. I left an expensive piece of jewelry in the bathroom and the housekeeper took care of it by putting it on a white towel near where she found it. I was VERY HAPPY!

The staff were absolutely wonderful and very attentive.
It had rained one day and I asked one of the parking attendants and greeters Edward if he had and umbrella and he came up with one right away.

The staff was AMAZING!! Huge shout out to the valet gentlemen, all of them are the sweetest souls and were so helpful with everything! The bar stuff also made my friends birthday such a treat. Can’t wait to return!

We visited friends in DC just before Christmas. Treated ourselves to staying here. Lovely super clean room, super quiet, will come again and recommend to anyone.

The front desk attendees were kind and helpful. Honestly, was a bit let down with the valet service as we pulled around and they did not acknowledge us or greet us after we sat a bit. It felt a bit awkward, so we ended up parking ourselves in the garage. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays and the area was perfect. Will stay again.
