Adjacent to the convention center, there was a small shopping outlet offering a variety of options, with several restaurants conveniently located just across the street. These eateries were situated near the boat docking area, adding to the charm and accessibility of the location.
The hotel was ideally situated within walking distance of both the convention center and the arena, making it incredibly convenient for attending events. The staff was friendly.

Stayed here for a few days prior to boarding a cruise. Short walk to the Pacific Aquarium and many nice restaurants. Hotel was very comfortable and my grandson really enjoyed the pool.

I was disappointed. It took over an hour to check in. Was given a room with double beds, when I booked a king. And the the room smelled like mildew (took allergy meds every night. I couldn't wait any longer for another room, so I did not ask to switch

No, not really, would not stay there again, poor condition, the hotel was probably built in the 1970s, never upgraded, water pressure is low, rust stains in the bathtub, the hotel is showing its age, on top of that the hotel charged my credit card 3 times and kept saying that my credit card was not going thru. No excuse.

Seemingly a good deal, but with $40 parking per day and all of the additional fees, not such a great “deal”. Excellent service by all of the staff! Restaurant food was very good. Rooms lacked air circulation, very stuffy and ac did not work well. Shower was very worn. They did provide a fan right away when requested. Convenient location.

They protested from 7am to 3am on 4th of July. Worse vacation of my life. They beat drums, blew horns and yelled on megaphones all day. My kids wanted to go home after the first day. No one showed up to clean our room. After the 3rd day we had to call to get clean towels and the room clean.

Keshia was very nice and check in and helpful explaining where to park and amenities on site. I do t think I have ever slept so good in a hotel room! The bed was SO comfortable!! I want to take it home! I slept like a baby!
