The pool was not heated, it was freezing cold. Most of the staff was cold, unfriendly. One staff member was very nice. The room had very little storage.

The facility itself was amazing. The breakfast was the best I've ever had at any hotel offering this free amenity. Special thanks to Marie in the breakfast room for providing us such a great experience. The room was so satisfying and the valley view was 2nd to none. The only negative thing I could say about the visit was at the check in. The day manager during our stay was extremely rude. I made our reservation thru Expedia. I called the hotel's customer service line to request an early check in on our two rooms as we were in a wedding party and the wedding started an hour after the normal check in time. We were assured it sure it would not be a problem. She was going to contact the hotel and advise them of the situation. Again, we were assured it would not be a problem. We were only looking for an hour or so early check in time. We were told to call the hotel before we arrived just to make sure everything was okay. So...I called before and was greeted by one of the most arrogant hotel managers I ever had the displeasure of speaking with. She told me that first...If I wanted special privileges I should book directly with the property instead of booking thru Expedia. Second...She told me the customer service agent has nothing to do with her hotel and her assurance means nothing to her. Third...She told me we could check in early if I wanted to pay a half days rate before she would be able to allow us an early check in. Then she hung up on me. Wish I had more room to write more

The hotel was modern, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good.

I booked a room with a vies and paid more for it. When I got to my room I had no view. Front desk told me Expedia did not reserve a room with a view. Contacted Expedia who tried to change room, but none was available. NO PRICE ADJUSTMENT! Wont use again!!

The beds were not comfortable and the towels are not very good quality. The room was $220 per night. I had much better for less. You can tell that the quality is being compromised.

Ther3 is always a strong smell of drugs (pot) in 5he hallways and elevators

Staff were very friendly and helpful! We felt that desk staff really enjoyed their jobs and told me don’t hesitate to ask for anything needed. Checkin was very easy and smooth. Our clerk smiled a lot and asked why we were staying? We had moved from the local area in July and was meeting close friends and family over the weekend. Enjoyed the free breakfast!

Property was clean , staff very accommodating, room was nice enjoyed the stay

The overall stay was very nice, they stated that we would not have a daily room service which was fine, however, I said we would just need towels and trash cans empty and unfortunately that did not happen. Other than that everything was great and would definitely stay there again.

It was a fine facility, and we enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn, Hazleton, PA.

Conveniently located off of Route 81 and Route 80. Surrounding view was beautiful. Check-in process was explained with detail, easy and understandable. Staff was very polite, friendly, and helpful with anything you requested or needed help with. Rooms were spacious and clean. Would definitely stay at this location again and would recommend for travelers.

Surrounding view was beautiful. Conveniently located where Route 80 and Route 81 intersect and right across from traffic light on exit ramp. Check-in was explained in detail, easy and understandable. All staff were polite, friendly and helpful with anything you wanted or needed. Room was spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend to travelers and would stay at the location again!

When I booked our room on Expedia, it was advertised as “valley view”. When I arrived there, I was told that third party bookings do not get the valley view. The view is a BIG reason why we picked this motel. I think it’s unwitting false advertising on Expedia’s part. Just so you know.
