Perfect location and nice breakfast on the terrace facing the main square. Room a bit dated but comfortable. Wonderful staff.

Convenient location and nice property with gorges view of Tirana.

We arrived at 3pm, our room was not ready, in fact another couple were also waiting for their room. The 2 ladies at reception were like doing me a favour - this was their atitude. No sense of urgency to resolve issues, no sense of let me get this sorted out ASAP. They just took their time. This place gets people only due to location. Other than that its a very dated looking hotel. No PZazz at all. Also on the day of check out since I had 2 rooms, I couldnt get into my room. I went to reception 3 times for the same lady at reception to think that maybe something is not only wrong with the keycard but also the door ! I would probabyl never go back to this hotel nor would I recommend it

Everything was perfect with the exception of Poor Air Conditioning…it looked like it was working however the whole hotel and everything else was sweaty staying in…

Great hotel and centrally located, just minutes walk to Skanderbeg Square and many restaurants . Clean room and nice amenities. Free breakfast with the best view of the square . And big thanks to receptionist Salto - very friendly , accommodating and smiley face with good customer service . Thanks for giving me room with a view.

A very nice hotel in the core of Tirana where you can see the whole city. Reasonable rates as well.

I liked the location of where I stayed it was central and gave me an overall idea from where I could walk around Tirana to see most places.

Ideal location, very comfortable, great breakfast included. Would stay again. Please turn off or at least down the awful music pumped into all common areas though, made them pretty unpleasant for me.

We enjoyed our stay at Tirana International hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent, exactly at the center of Tirana, which all the tourist spots extremely accessible. The hotel ws The hotel breakfast was excellent, rooms were spacious with nice amenities. The hotel staff were very friendly, hospitable and helpful. They even packed breakfast for us as we had to check out very early! However, there is some scope for improvements: (1) the room air conditioner were not working, sometimes it became very hot and suffocating (2) there was a power outage for about 10 mins, which was not expected at such a reputed hotel (3) the rooms were not complete sound proof and we could hear the elevator sound and even vehicle sounds from outside. Overall, it was a great experience and would love to stay at this hotel if we get another chance.

Not good, unfriendly service (especially night receptionist and bellboy) They want to get your passport as a collateral… We have 100 euros instead as deposit..

The front desk staff, especially the older gentleman with glasses was excellent .friendly , efficient , fast checking . Located downtown by the main attraction . Great food at restaurant . The room had a very large bed which was awesome . The buffet a bit disorganized , food was ok, WiFi very weak and inconsistance making it hard to work on line .window don’t provide full silence and you can hear the outside . Over all good

Among the best located hotel in Tirana. It is on the main square, 100 metres from the public transport. Facilities - normal, had breakfast - standard. Price of dinner was reasonable.Staff was very welcoming and helpful.

This was a good hotel only issue i had is that on check out they said i had a coffee when i never, i thought this was sorted out in morning, i used thier private taxi and left luggage i returned to collect and again was told i took a coffee when i didnt, bit frustrating to repeat myself as i explained in morning that i never, seems staff billed my room when it was another who took it

Pillows was terrible smelling and old ,beds are uncomfortable ..reception officers not kind , not careful about the customer communication , information and not helpful..when ı asked to call taxi she said me call my taxi 😒so far no front desk officer had recommend me to call taxi myself . the only good thing is wiev scanderia square by very dirty windows .. so it was disappointed expeirence

The hotel was clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good. Great value for money and the staff were very attentive. However, the big thing about the hotel is it's amazing location. Not only did our room overlook Skanderbeg Square, but the breakfast balcony did as well, and we had the added benefit of hearing the call to prayer each morning.

I stayed in Room 1112 and the AC was not strong enough. It was not cool enough.
