If you WANT/NEED cheap, go for it!! You definitely get what you pay for. Not sure how this hotel has a good rating! This hotel has long term stays, so be prepared! We walked in the room. My husband had to rehang the curtains first thing. They were halfway down. The towels are motel 6 size. I talked to 3 different people making sure we had a sleeper sofa. If not, a roll away. Everyone said no, even though that’s what I booked. But we did have a sleeper sofa. Staff clearly doesn’t know what they have. No need to discuss the lumpy bed/pillow. There need new!! Let’s talk about the “breakfast” if that’s what you call it. No water, juice or milk. Only really bad coffee. Fruit was bad. One yogurt. Stale little muffins and white bread. Frozen sausage patties to heat up in the microwave. They were gross. And how do you screw up a fresh waffle?? Old mix and nasty syrup is our guess. We asked the staff repeatedly to stock it. Finally got tired of listening to them just chat away and left. Needless to say we only went once. Don’t look for housekeeping. They do come check on you and say goodbye the morning of checkout. To clean the room. Clean the broken drain out before you shower. GROSS!! And make sure the black electrical tape stays down covering the holes! Be sure and get the knobs turned up or you get a loud plumbing noise. That just about scared us to death!! Why did we spend five nights? Because it was Parents Weekend/HOCO and everything was booked! It really was a sad comedy.

I put a reservation in for 1 king size bed a month before my stay. When I checked in I saw on my receipt that they had me put in a 2 Queen Bed room with a walk-in shower. When I brought it up to the employee she said that they ran out of rooms with King Sized beds, so they "upgraded" me to a room with 2 Queen sized beds and a walk-in shower. The lack of communication was frustrating because I was not told my reservation was changed and they were not going to bring it up when I was checking in. When I got up to the room the shower was not a walk-in shower, it was a standard bathtub/shower. I called the front desk to speak to a manager and the employee I spoke to said she could move me to the same style of room but with a balcony. Although I would have to pay extra to be moved, even though it was not me that messed up my reservation. I will never stay at that hotel again.

This property has gone to being a long term residence facility for folks that drive "Grapes of Wrath" trucks and cars. They required a $150 damage deposit for a three night stay. The bathroom door had been kicked in and repaired with drywall screws and wood grain contact paper. The curtains were being held up with ONE screw as all the others were stripped out. The part time college student at the front desk offered us another room, but that one had a broken light fixture.... We took pictures of the room and had the same front desk employee check the room and SUPPOSEDLY we got our deposit credited back to our credit card....though their computer showed that we were in second room rather than the first....It was quiet and spacious, but definitely not a place we will go to again.

Dirty. Grimy. Window had two locks that didn’t work. Sheets and towels looked dirty. Missing essentials like a shower curtain. Offered another room and checked it out. Balcony door didn’t lock. Had an extremely cheap latch for it. Felt like I needed a shower after being there for a few minutes. Definitely not a recommended place for someone travelling. Staff was friendly though. Felt bad but just couldn’t do it.

Booked 2 months in advance. Showed up and they had no reservation or room for me. I showed them my printed itinerary. They said nothing they could do for me and pushed me aside to serve the next customer. This is after I flew in from out of state and got there at 10pm. After an hour of waiting they found me a room (no discount) that literally did not have blankets. On top of this the hotel is disgusting and filthy. The hallways and rooms reek of mold and cigarettes. It’s the type of place you’d expect someone ODd the night before in the room and all tbey did was change the sheets. I have never experienced anything as terrible in my entire life. They should be ashamed of themselves

The first room I was given the toilet was constantly running. So they put us in a different room it was good. The second day our room keys would not work.

The kid that check me in was good, over charging for card holds and for to long.
The out side was run down, walked in the side door to get to are room and the smell was so bad, water and somthing else. Their was a old bed fram leaning up against the wall, we got to are room to see, carpet rip, old run down furniture, tub had cracks all over tiles as weel.
Door lock was half gone. Checking out the next morning the person was very rude and wouldn't answer my basic questions.

First and foremost you advertised a pool, And after we check in they tell us the pool has been out of service for over a year and they have told hotels.com this and they refuse to update their description. This alone should have warranted a discount or free night, false advertisement. Also, they put us in the long term section of the hotel with NO room cleaning at all, we had to do all of this ourselves after spending way too much for an average at best hotel. I haven't decided if I will ever use hotels.com again, this is the second time you havent accurately represented a hotel for us and I'm very disappointed in this stay.

Room was a dump , toilet backed up, sink dripped,overall room wasn’t clean and bathroom door was litterly taped back together after it had been torn down! The room had a nasty urine odor as well

Didn't realize pool was broken so next time I will make sure to call ahead of time to ask questions. Breakfast buffet was great. Had to plunger to toliet the first night, tomatoes left in fridge by previous occupant, and table was dirty.

Interesting smell inside hotel. Definitely no frills. Clean enough and comfortable enough for one night stay (sleep/shower). Breakfast is available in the morning, however, the items that the front desk said would be available were not. No one was around to restock the food.

Took one hour to check in, each night the card did not work had to go to the front desk, too activate it again. Elevator to reach the second floor with luggage. Breakfast options were extremely limited. Hallways and room Dirty. Found charging cable and body spray in my room. But the bed was extremely comfortable.

The desk attendant who checked me in was very friendly. The room was clean, and I could tell that renovations were in progress. However, when I went to get breakfast, they were running out of food. There was 45-50 minutes left before breakfast was to be done, and the attendant was quite rude to me and told me that they were not going to be making any more food.

The hotel building is comparatively new, but missing elevator. Rooms are like boxes, views available are either wall of another room or the corridor. There was an iron but not the ironing stand. Breakfast items are limited.
Police cars move around night time, made us little uncomfortable. Overall kids did not like the hotel for further stays!

the surprise 100 dollar deposit was an insult no trust in customer. we took pics and video of the room, bugs in nightstand drawer, hair on bed and wall oputlet plug was pulled out from behind tv had to make shift plug end so tv would work. will never stay hear again, and that 100 dollar deposit...............................

Do NOT stay here! I gave it 1 star because the staff was nice, otherwise it would be zero.This place is super outdated & in need or serious repairs. The floors between the tub & toilet moved up & down due to rotten floorboards. Instead of fixing the problem, they just put new flooring over it to hide it. The tub faucet dripped all night, the countertop had cup stains on them & the fridge rattles all night.
Plus they require an additional $100 deposit on top of the room charge in case you do any damage to the property. Wish I would have just keep driving!

This place is a dump. The first room we got smelled like smoke & the water wouldn't turn off in the bathroom sink. We moved to another room but that room had ants & the cold water in the bathroom sink didn't work. This wasn't America's Best, that's for sure!

Check in and check out great with Kaii. She really needs some help. Takes care of the kitchen, breakfast, checking guests out and attending to guests all by herself. Rooms are somewhat outdated as well as bedding and linens. Thank you Kaii for taking care of us.

It took us 45 minutes to check in. Long lines, not enough staff and like the paperwork to fill out. The air conditioner did not work and so it was 85 and humid all night. Room smelled musty. Bed sagged in the middle. Overall condition was dirty. Pool wasn’t open

Staff was friendly on check in, even though they were very busy at the time, three people ahead of me. The breakfast from 6-9 was just OK. I got there at 0750 and they were out of a lot of food. On checking out the staff was friendly but when I mention I had been bitten by probably spiders three different places on my body while sleeping, she didn't seem surprised or seemed to care. She just said she would mention it to housekeeping. I wouldn't stay there again.

We didnt even stay there and just ate the charge because the creepy people hanging around and how dirty the lobby area was! I should have paid more attention to other reviews. We went on to another hotel.
