Room was immaculate. Hotel was easy access from main hwy to Montreal. Lots of grocery stores near by. Great staff checkin and checkout experience.

The beds were good but the hotel is shabby. The toilet refilled intermittently all night and the water faucet in the shower dripped all night.

The first impression when you come is O.K. ..its a motel .
The carpeting going upstairs is filthy and makes you wonder about what the quality of the rooms will be like .
To my surprise they were clean. This property has a an easy fix to an issue that makes you wonder why you booked as you head upstairs...

Our room was nice. We had asked for quiet room and were assured we were in the wing with children. To the contrary with them running up and down the hallway. Lobby carpeting going up stairs desperately needs replacement.

There was water contamination in the area that front desk staff did not warn us about. We found out via notice in French only on orange juice dispenser.

If I'm running this hotel, i will renovate bathrooms and AC-Systems, and clean the entire building

So nice to park at the double door into the room...so convenient to carry luggage in and out of the room. Bed was comfortable and ample space to keep bags and luggage accessible to use. Friendly and helpful staff... Great breakfast. When food was finished, the attendant, Sophie, was ready to replenish the food and coffee dispenser... Thanks- a great stay - will look for Comfort Inn in the future, when needed...

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is clean and relatively new. Sliding glass doors from our room to where our car was parked. Handy!

Exceptional front desk service. Check in was smooth and attendant was cheerful! Loved that He immediately switched to speak to us in English as we struggled to speak in French. Merci!

Very kind, family like welcome and smiles. Everyone is quiet but very attentive to your journey. I was traveling on business and was tired from driving all day from Toronto, but after a good night's sleep, the fresh orange juice and toasted bread re-energized me. I like the local service style of the hotel, the room was clean, the sheets were clean, and despite the price, it was very clean. I like that this is a quiet, clean hotel that is close to customers. I like to hear greetings in Quebec French. Merry Christmas.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Fridge may need some upgrading but still worked fine without issue. Breakfast was great! Had a waffle maker and they provided a hot breakfast option while I was there.

Bathroom was in excellent condition. Room was clean. Staff helpful and polite. Breakfast included eggs and bacon, but no potatoes or sausage. Room layout was a little tight for three. Would be no problem for one or two.

First booking date was invorrect, we fixed it after calling agin.
We specifically requested second floor
When we arrive, we were told it is not available.
The AC was not working, when we request another room, again the answer was NO ROOM. After few attempts we got the same answer. Finally we got another room in the second floor with a working airconditioner. We came to know most of the second floor was empty.
Very diappointed
Morning breakfast was food the attendent was very pleasent and very helpful.

After 3rd night, I requested to clean the room and fresh towels, soaps etc., . Nothing happened. Since the pandemic it is the perfect excuse to minimize service on all levels. Apologies are plentiful but I still would like the staff to do their job. Very disappointed and a message to manager/assistant went into the stratosphere!
