I like everything. Hotel was very good.

We had two rooms booked in this property for four nights. The room we stays first night, one room air-conditioning wasn't working so had trouble sleeping as Lahore was very hot.the second room we found a cockroach in the bathroom which was boy of shock as it is world class five star hotel. Showed to the staff and complained to the management and they were ever so apologetic. Our both rooms were upgraded to deluxe suite which were great.

I flew from Houston to Lahore.We checked in on Sunday at 3 am.Everything was excellent.The Continental breakfast was very good especially the chai which the waiter brought to our table.It was strong and well made.Cleaning personal were very nice and helpful.Any small problem was taken care of immediately.I would definitely stay again.

This is an old hotel. However the staff try very hard to make your stay special.

Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for their guests are commendable. Every staff member I encountered went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the front desk team, who always greeted me with a smile and efficiently handled my check-in and check-out processes, to the housekeeping staff, who maintained my room meticulously, their dedication was evident. Special mention must go to the concierge team, whose local knowledge and helpfulness were invaluable. They provided excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing, ensuring I experienced the best that Lahore has to offer. The restaurant staff also deserve praise for their impeccable service and culinary expertise. Each meal was a delightful experience, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect sanctuary after a long day. The amenities provided were top-notch, including high-speed internet, which was crucial for my work. The attention to detail in ensuring my room was always in perfect condition was truly appreciated. The hotel is outstanding.

Quality of facilities have been declining over the years. We have stayed here many times before. Staff is still great. Breakfast is the best. The room furnishings and amenities are in need of serious upgrade.

Second stay here. The first in 2020. Good location. Staff are friendly. It takes too long to check-in and trying to get through to reception is frustrating. This was an issue in 2020 also. For a hotel this size you would expect more staff. I had to call housekeeping to remove a dirty and stained bath towel. Thankfully, I spotted the brown marks before using the towel. It got really busy over breakfast and we were seated in a restaurant across the breakfast area. I am considering whether I should stay in a smaller hotel in the future.

There is not much eating and shopping places around. Very friendly bell boys and airport service.

It was a nice traditional property but with a slightly dated decor and furniture. Some furniture was wobbly and broken. Staff were very courteous and helpful

I’ve stayed a few times and I’d normally give 5 stars. But this time round there were some serious errors made. Error 1: We had an undisclosed bill added to our room 552. The amount of 121,621.000 rupees from the beauty salon which we never used. This was investigated and found that the salon took the wrong number and billed it to our room by mistake! Where is the verification when customers use these services?? Error 2: They checked out our room a day early so we were unable to get back in our room for 1 hour. Again completely unacceptable. Error 3: We had booked our taxi ride back to the airport for departure. We booked this a few days in advance using their concierge service and was assured it was booked. After reconfirming a day before our departure they could not see our request??? What kind of cowboy operation you running here!! That concierge reception is a joke! They need to relook at their process for taxi booking. Righting a name on a slip is simply not good enough.

It was a wonderful experience staying at PC Lahore. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and made a genuine effort to get to know me, making me feel truly welcome and at home. This level of hospitality is truly commendable and deserves the highest praise.

Would recommend can use some upgrades for sure but service staff etc are amazing

Diab's instant replies truly enhanced the overall experience, ensuring any queries or concerns were swiftly addressed.Moreover, I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness maintained by Mureed Abbas, the room cleaning person. Coming back to a spotless room after a long day of exploring Lahore was truly refreshing.However, while the service exceeded expectations, I found the culinary offerings to be lacking. The food, though satisfactory, did not quite meet the high standards one would expect in a city renowned for its culinary delights. I believe there is room for improvement in this aspect, perhaps by diversifying the menu or enhancing the flavor profiles to better reflect the rich culinary heritage of Lahore.Overall, my stay at the Pearl Continental Hotel was enjoyable, largely due to the exceptional service provided by the staff. With a few tweaks to the dining experience, it has the potential to be truly outstanding.

Great buffet breakfast. Nice comfortable room and the staff in general was efficient. However one staff member who was attendent at pool area and also the gym was very rude and was constantly harrasing my family members.

Do to Ramadan the food selection was very limited and the coffee shop was closed at 10:00 p.m.

Nice clean, with a good choice of restaurants inside, nice, spacious and quite room; I stayed very limited time to test some more facilities (gym or something else), crowded but good breakfast. I can say basically a real 5 stars

Liked security screens at hotel, didn't like the poor room cleaning and limited toilet paper.
