They always allowed/ supported shift workers to stay between shifts whether it was due to weather or just couldnt do the drive home. Many any of us commute. Its really too bad they took that support away from the staff from out of town just before winter. Disappointing and will be looking for new spot to stay The rooms are nice, well maintained, the people working there have been lovely. I have no issue with the hotel staff themselves or the condition of the place. Both the main building and seperate units are excellent as well Disappointed to cut ties and sad to see the lack of support your business is providing to staff that commute long distances and help sereve their community.

Everything was great. The value for the price we paid was wonderful, the beds were comfortable and the room very clean. The only issues were 1) the cable and Netflix option were both down for the duration of our stay, and 2) the nachos from the restaurant came with a few stray onions and seasoning salt after we specified dietary requirements for no onion or garlic.

Best Western Glengarry Hotel exceded our expectations. The main entrance was beautifully decorated with tiled flooring that shined. The customer service as well as staff were all "dressed for success", very friendly, helpful, and professional. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a remarkable dining experience. Highly recommend this hotel!

I didn't enjoy my stay here.

The hotel seems like a decent 3-star hotel from the outside and lobby, but the rooms (we had two on the first floor) were uncomfortable. The beds and furniture were fine but there was a major issue with the humidity that the air conditioner did not take care of. The floors were constantly dank and dirty. We had one room with carpeting and one with hard floors. Your feet would stick to them and come up visibly dirty after walking just a few steps. It's the humidity but it also seemed like they used some kind of cleaning solution that leaves a tacky residue, and they don't mop regularly enough. I don't have this problem in my basement which is also pretty humid. On top of that, the sink and tubs, while they had good pressure, were both slow to drain, and the towels were old and worn. The TV had like three channels that worked. The vending machines were sold out of water. The location is central with an Irving gas station and Circle K conveniently across the street, but kind of busy. It's possible that rooms on upper floors were better, but most of the hotel is only two stories, so you can do the math on the odds of where your room would be.

Room was obviously recently remodeled and was great. Beds were comfortable. Large room and a sort of kitchen area, sink, refrigerator, microwave and storage but I'm not sure why there was a rangehood fan with no cooktop. Odd. Overall great stay no complaints.

The bathroom had black mould in the grout lines in shower and floor. The wall paper was coming off in places

Staff was great, very clean and complimentary breakfast was a great bonus when you have 3 grandkids with you. This was my second visit there and both times were great. We will be back.

Over all was a great hotel. We travel for hockey and other loads and this hotel was definitely a great find. Pool was nice and clean. Room was clean, not musty, and cool right off the hop (middle of summer trip). Staff was excellent 👌 and accommodating. Hot breakfast was good. Nothing really bad to say other then their laundry dryer cost $3 and doesn't dry... But that's just equipment age. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

Very friendly and clean great breakfast

We had a wonderful room. The day we were there it was rainy so we spent most of the day in the room. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic with eggs being prepared to your individual liking.

We stayed in one of the annexes.The room was large and clean.We were on the second floor and the outside stairs were a bit steep.A bit of a walk to the breakfast room but very nice landscaping
