good location, clean, lovely staff

couple of facilities not available as out of order (jacuzzi and ladies shower in the pool changing area). not a big oroblem for us bit can imagine some would have been disappointed. also would have been good to have a safe in the room.

The bistro is amazing. Bed was a bit too soft imo but everything else was amazing. Breakfast was great. I will be staying there again.

Location is near the downtown area. The staff at breakfast were excellent. They were helpful and pleasant. Rooms were clean and comfortable for the price.

The staff was great and very friendly and helpful

Pillows were to hard and we had to switch rooms for there was no heat

our room key never worked and spent most of our time running down to the front desk to rekey our card. seems nothing worked and we had to get maintenance to let us in. Not happy about that.

Breakfast was included in price and was tasty and plentiful. All staff encountered were very pleasant. Beds were comfy.

Bathroom was ridiculously tiny! Pool was closed for maintenance. No room service from the onsite restaurant. Rooms just needed some extra love.

Location and majority of the staff were very friendly and kind

Short staff so no housekeeping for long term stays, overcharged over $600 on first stay that took over a week to get back, room was over the bar that played loud music until almost midnight on a Thursday night, loud parties and adults and children running up and down the hall. If you’re looking for a quiet place to work remotely long term this is not the hotel to chose.

Dog and family friendly. Comfortable and great free breakfast

Just a little expensive. Paid 240 for one night. Felt it would be more fair for 200. Extremely slow elevator. Says the rooms are sound proof but definitely aren't.

there was blood on the sheets, floors had stains everywhere and front desk staff didn’t seem fully trained
