Location is good for us.Pool is ideal for the kids.

Where do I start!!! The carpet was really dirty and stained..looked like blood stains on the carpet.The room smells so bad.The bathroom has something smudged on the shower!! The overall room was very dirty.Even the elevator smelled old and musty. The smell is like old stale cigarette smoke..for the cost of our room it was not worth it..We will not stay here again it just feels so dirty.

The price was more than I want to pay.

STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY, WHEN ROOM WASN'T SATISFACTORY THERE WAS NO ISSUE TO CHANGE ROOMS. SAW WORKERS CLEANING DOORS AND HANDLES.

I am gluten intolerant and they provided a number of gluten free options for the free breakfast.

The staff was particularly friendly. I really like your staff. That alone is good reason to return.

Location was great. I went for a bingo weekend across the street. Breakfast was ok.

The amount of children taking over the pool and hot tub. Parents not paying attention to the rules of the hot tub of no children under 12 years of age. Couldn’t relax in the pool as the kids were splashing like crazy and super loud. The screaming in the other rooms of babies crying, the running and banging of kids in the halls and other rooms. The lack of sound proofing of the hotel. The mattresses were pretty rough on the back and the couch was terribly stiff and hard. Had I known it was a party hotel for kids parties and or the fact so many children would be there with lack of parent/adult control I never would of booked my stay here.

Very close to the highway. Very clean. Comfortqble bed. Very appreciative of the cable and close captioning. Only regret was I didn’t bring a swimsuit as we had planned to drive straight home but ended up staying overnight. Breakfast being included is nice.

Just the lack of scrambled eggs. I do enjoy that at other hotels. Not a major issue thou.
