We had a great stay at Hotel Mayfair! I had previously requested we had balloons in the room on arrival, when we got there there was balloons, a card and some Prosecco, made our trip so special. The hotel is within walking distance to Tivoli and the train station and Metro into town but it’s also not a far walk from town if you choose to do that instead. Staff were all super friendly and our room was spotless. Really nice decor, we chose to stay in the Deluxe King room and it was just as pictured!

Pretty central and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. No kettle or iron in the room. Maybe needs some updating but lovely welcoming staff and very accommodating.

Apparently the strive to save cost has reached a new level here; no cleaning unless you specifically ask for it which I discovered by chance too late. And no available TV channels. Instead you should use an app (!!! I know…. Crazy). The girl in The reception was sweet and tried to compensate but the overall impression is: never again.

Had a lovely 2 night stay. Really close to the main train station making it really convenient . Check in was fast and efficient. Breakfast was really good with a wide choice of continental and cooked breakfast. Coffee machines where available with take away cups if required.
Layout was really ‘quirky’ Lots of little rooms and places to sit on the ground floor.
Hopefully will return very soon.

Good location near mainstation, many things to reach by foot.
Very friendly personal, nice inhouse- patio for coffee/drinks at fair prices.
Room was nice, although with minimum of amendities, a little more would be nice;) gor this price.
Door was hard to open, also after amendment barely better.

Overall great experience, the only drawback was the lack of A/C and we had hot days in copenhagen. Management gave us a small fan that helped.

Great rooms that feel modern, furnished tastefully. Bluetooth speaker, Chromecast, steamer to compensate for the missing iron. All in all for the price a great hotel.

Excellent Hotel, we opted for a suite which was very comfortable. Was a little concerned about noise from reading other reviews, but the suite looked over the courtyard and was reasonably quiet at night with windows open (it was a September heatwave whilst we were there). Great location with easy walking to all the main sites, close to cool restaurants in meat packing district and next to the train station and Tivoli gardens. Would stay again if visiting Copenhagen.

The bathroom was small with no where to put toiletries. No air conditioning and could not leave windows open due to nosiness of the street below.

Stayed for one night in September, single room on the 5th floor, quite small but bed comfy and liked the rainfall shower, the no TV channels on the TV is quite interesting but Google cast is installed in the room which does need good WiFi that I didn’t get during the day but was better in the evening for some reason.
Very convenient for the train station and to get to and from the airport from there, the centre of Copenhagen shops are a short walk away, would stay again here.

Great room. Relatively close to train station and very walkable! Didn’t realize there was no AC and it was much warmer during our visit. That made for an uncomfortable nights sleep along with lots of street noise at night including fireworks. Overall a good deal.

Everyone was nice but the hotel offers such basic service, they don t even have a fridge in the room, and you must have a Netflix, Amazon etc account otherwise no tv.

Nice enough and centrally located, very good if you're visiting Tivoli Gardens. However, rooms are not huge and, being Copenhagen, it's expensive for what it is. Would be nice to have air conditioning in the rooms too.

First night was horrendous with youth from across the road, in the hostel, shouting loudly all night long. We had to close the windows, it was then very hot.
For a fee the manager sorted us into a wonderful and quiet room the next day and given that it was my birthday treat for my wife's 60th it was very very welcome. They even sent champagne and balloons on her birthday!
It's very handy for the station, buses, Tivoli, the city centre. We had breakfast once and it was delicious!!! Just a great place with tasteful design features.

Loved the room. Clean, expansive and quirky. Right in the middle of the city and perfectly placed for dining.
The drawbacks- no refrigerator.
Rooms are very warm and the doonas are hot. Shower water could be warmer

Very noisy area but closed windows take most of the noise away. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay and would return.

Excellent and friendly staff!! Cute boutique hotel with outdoor and indoor lounging space. Had room in back of hotel facing Korean restaurant- noisy at night with partyers and early morning loadings for other property.

Suite room was very nice. As is typical for Europe, no AC and it was unseasonably warm in Copenhagen during our stay. Since we had to have to windows open, we heard lots of noise from folks in the courtyard. The strip club directly across the street was initially disconcerting.
