Establishment had a nice lobby but the rest of the hotel is dated and not built for comfort

AC was great and rooms were quiet. We rarely heard other guests. Room size was very good and had amenities like robes and a mini fridge that we liked. Power went out a couple times (likely not the hotel’s fault) during our stay which wasn’t great, but didn’t cause too much trouble. Overall a great stay!

Staff and hotel were great! Breakfast buffet had a good selection and very convenient. Great location to the Metro, bus lines, and great shopping. Very close to the Palais Garnier Opera and the Musee du Parfum. I will definitely stay here again when I go back to Paris!

The hotel was nice and the staff were excellent. Pics anre representative. Our room was very small, which is expected in European hotels, but fine given that we were out most of the time. We were on a low floor on the inside of the courtyard, and since there is no air conditioning or even a fan, we had to have the windows open all night. Unfortunately we were eaten alive by mosquitos (although we never saw one outside our whole week). Other than the mosquitos and the really crap view, the hotel was good.

Loved the convenience of getting to Airport by bus. Office staff are helpful cheerful and polite.
Bed was small, old and uncomfortable. Half the time we had to request a room clean as our room was not always cleaned by the time we returned in the afternoon to prepare for the evening - unfortunate - as during our 3 previous stays we had been extremely happy and looking forward to another stay.

The hotel is good. The rooms are large enough and very clean. Breakfast is also very generous. Especially the boss of breakfast who serves the coffee is attentive and allways has a kind word for everyone. The only negative surprise was that the hammam was not availabale without reseravation and at a extra cost. The location is great. Printemps and gallery lafayette are closeby.

In general the stay was good, i.e. no problems left un- attended. I believe that the desk staff varied widely by person, i.e. most were attentive but some were not paying focused attention. Warm greetings are basic to hotel management. The bell hop and maid were excellent (tipped very well). Important plus is the central location.
The word "SPA" is a misnomer. There is no standing spa. The jacuzzi was an added cost ($50. per hour?). I asked about a swimming option likely off-site. Told there were no "accessible" pools in Paris (?). Current magazines review excellent new facilities available to the public (among 46).

Nice staff. Smell in room as you entered as AC was off. Needed to keep windows open for this to go. Otherwise decent place to stay.

Hotel was cute, it was clean, great hospitality, excellent breakfast buffet.
The only issue I had was the AC, it was control by the reception staff and I didnt have ac 2 days.
First day was working and after that it wasnt.

Great location, French decor, very comfy beds, excellent bar and restaurant. Outstanding staff - friendly, helpful, eager to serve and please, and truly made the stay more pleasant. I would return and recommend. (Tip: the street side rooms have a bit of noise from the laundry pickup on Friday nights in the middle of the night.)

The best thing was the staff so professional and well knowledgeable, the rooms were so clean. Definitely next time I visit Paris will rebook it.

The hotel location is just a few sreps of shopping center and opera.
we were received by very friendly and helpful staff of the reception.
The rooms are kept in a perfectly clean and tidy condition.
The only comment I allow myself to make is regarding the prices of the drinks in the lobby and bar, namely rather expensive.. .

The hotel is located in a great location however, the reception staff, particularly a blonde hair lady was very rude and not welcoming during our entire stay.
Would definitely not stay here again. I suggest she completes a course in customer service or change jobs.

One of the finest and most beautiful hotel in Parie. Thank you Saint Petersburg for a wonderful and amazing services. The staff are the most courteous and helpful that we have experienced during the trip. Absolutely enjoyed and loved being in your hotel. You made our family holiday absolutely memorable. Thank you 😊

The check in for this hotel was great. It was a little too early for them to check us in, but the secured our bags so we can still go out and check the sites.

St Petersburg hotel in Paris is our family preferred for many years. It has an excellent location for most of the walking places there, and it is very easy to move far to Eiffel or other. Breakfast is very generous, the hotel has been renovated and offer what we needed.

Hotel is located in a central region of Paris for ease of connection to landmarks and museums. Close to the Metro too.

We arrived after a red eye and Gabriela was very helpful and even let us check in early. Location is very convenient. The room was clean and pretty and we had a lovely balcony. I would stay here again.
