Had the old motel smell, beds are way too soft for me. Otherwise it was fine stay.

The room was big! There was a very distinct musky odor or I would have rated it higher. The breakfast was very good.

Great staff and service, breakfast is made to order from restaurant, clean room. It was quiet and always felt safe. Located next to Dollar General, tourist center, a few restaurants, fast food, and gas stations. Pharmacy and liquor store also nearby. Police station and City hall about 5 minutes away. I would totally stay here again and recommend to everyone regardless of business or leisure trip.

Great stay for a great price! Breakfast is provided in the morning at the attached Mexican restaurant, great selection included with your stay or you can choose to pay a discounted rate for other menu items! Room was fine, a little dated, but spacious and clean. Lots of food choices within walking distance. Overall a nice little stay for the price!

No hassle, great service, and clean room!

This is a good little budget motel, but what is great about it for dog parents, is it has a fenced in dog area, they can go off lead and do their business and still be safe. Everyone from staff to guest were super friendly.

Rooms are OK. Not great, but ok. Surroundings need some upgrade. Has a restaurant onsite. The hotel seems more of an extension of the restaurant than the other way around. The "Breakfast included" breakfast is very limited (although what Ibhad was really good). You have to order it off the menu. Anythinn not on the "included" section is offered at a discounted price. Don't know about that because I didn’t order anything out of the "included" section.

This is a basic motel; just what we were looking for a overnight stopover to sleep, shower and go. The included breakfast was good with decent service.

Checking was great, just do everything before 10pm They leave and don’t come back till 7, lol Everything seems to close at 8pm N Bed was super comfy rooms clean bathrooms clean It is a little outdated but still good nights rest

Very clean

The staff was friendly but the hotel needs updating. Peeling paint in bathroom, old pillows, smells musty, ice machines broken, pool boarded up and just overall disrepair. Also some weird rules about fines if you move any furniture and no separate checks in the restaurant, to name a couple. I will NOT stay here again

Clean which is my biggest criteria. More retro motel vibes but you can tell they are trying to freshen things up. They called on unknown number after booking so glad I picked up to confirm our late arrival since I booked later that day as we were driving enroute for that night. Free breakfast is off a select special menu at their restaurant. Bring small bills for tipping. No AC to circulate air. It was fine with me, but hubby didn't sleep as well. Fridge that was set colder so some stuff was more frozen at the top. No issues about it but I wouldn't put fresh fruit higher up. Small microwave in room too. You get ice from the restaurant (front desk if late).

Cool old school motor lodge. Comfortable rooms, Love parking right in front of your door. Restaurant looked great but didn’t have time to dine. Not super friendly reception (no hello, “how was your drive”, please, or thank you, just served up papers like a formal business transaction) but everything else was great.

The property is old, but the room was clean and comfortable. Behind the property are very old looking mobile homes. The parking lot is in rough condition. The office is closed 12:00 AM-7:00 AM. Good thing to know when booking.

The bathroom needed total professional replacement. Bugs in light needed to be cleaned. Curtin was thorn. Bed sheets were thin and worn-out. Bed did not face the tv making it very uncomfortable to watch. Restaurant was closed and the included breakfast menu was disappointing. The pool was closed for repairs.

Very quite, clean, very roomy, and comfortable bed. We definitely will stay at this establishment again.

The perfect place to stop over on our trip. After a log day driving, the restaurant and cantina were a great place to relax and unwind. Staff were super friendly and food was excellent. The included breakfast the next morning was terrific as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Casa Lemus Inn. We had a great experience at Casa Lemus. Generally I don't write reviews but feel compelled to do so for our stay in Trinidad, Co. We usually stay at IHG as we always get a clean comfy room and bed, but I decided to try and save a little money for this stay. I was a bit uncertain after reading some of the reviews of different places to stay in Trinidad and as we pulled in, I was apprehensive. BUT......the greeting at the front desk was so personable, happy & she seemed generally glad we had booked a stay with them. Then my husband said that he'd gotten a confirmation call a few days ago and it was also so nice. 2 pluses already. We weren't sure about what to expect since I usually dont stay in motels but when we opened the door to the room we were pleasantly suprised. The room was large, especially clean, already cooled off, cold mini fridge with a large bathroom sink area. The bed was extremely comfortable. As an added plus, breakfast the next morning was delicious. Thank you very much.

Room was clean and comfortable. The facility is clearly older but still nice enough. It’s a good place to stay on a long road trip.

Smelled like an assisted living. The lady that called me back for the after hour room card pick up told me box H code 350. Not a H box and the A box had the key. Which I just lifted the flap and pulled the key out through the top. No code needed. Not safe
