Friendly staff.

Dirty carpet. Mold in shower.

Great hot breakfast with hot cinnamon rolls, an automatic pancake maker, milk cartons. To go breakfast options were available too. Staff was kind and the room was updated and clean. All amenities were great for a business trip. Nice lighting, a good desk and chair to work in the hotel room. A comfy bed and good parking.

Booking the hotel i saw how they advertised family friendly and pool as amenities. When I arrived i checked the pool was with door open and when i returned they had placed a sign that the pool was closed. The pool now in many areas they advertise but they always say it’s under maintenance. The excuse they use to not provide the amenities they advertise. They also refused to refund me so i can go to another place that did have the pool available.

Poor customer service.

Staff was very friendly. Location was great. Breakfast was good.

Web site said it had a pool but the pool was closed. This is a major issue when traveling with children. They are waiting on permits so this was not an unforseen issue. The pool should not be mentioned on the website if it is closed.

The staff was friendly and gave great suggestions on where to eat.

The gym no weights.

Awesome location! Great view of the mountains! Just south of downtown, and off a side road from the highway (no noise/and no worrying about safety). Breakfast was wonderful, hot and fresh with lots of options. There was a little putting area, and a small courtyard for hanging out at.

The pool stayed open pretty late. The staff was amazing. And the hotel it’s self was nice.

We found hair in on the shower wall, our floor was not vacuumed.

Staff was very friendly

There no black out curtains and with little kids it’s soooo inconvenient, can’t even tell you. We were in room 214 and window was broken from the inside and it’s just dangerous, had to watch kids non stop do they don’t push on it.
