Evening desk lady was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and efficient. Room was nice and price was great. I'll stay there again.

Morning desk lady was totally uninterested in her job and the customers. Had she been my first contact with the hotel, I would likely never go back.

no elevator 2nd floors was not fun getting all our luggage to.

The bed's were comfortable and room was clean. Staff was nice. Liked the idea that there were laundry facilities. Didn't use them but liked the option. Fridge worked well. Close to the shooting range which is why we came.

Toilet kept running and had to constantly jiggle the handle to get it to eventually shut off. Microwave was on it's way out. Sounded like a cow in pain. Shower looked like the floor had black scrapes in the bottom like it needed to be refinished. but worked fine.

The juice machine for breakfast was out of order and the breakfast could have more variety.

The air conditioning is the old under the window type, would not cool down, barely any air coming out. we tried two other rooms same situation, finally found one that worked. Too nice a facility to have outdated air. we , traveling from still 93 degree weather in Texas want cold air. For this reason I would not book this hotel again especially in summer and fall coming from a very hot climate. our son lives in Idaho Springs so we will be doing this often. I’m sorry everything else was was great but cold air to us is important.

No elevator manager didn’t have for me disabled room which I reserved he was very angry rude man i will never stay there

This property was conveniently located and staff was friendly. The bed was comfy.

The cleanliness was only subpar. There was no stopper in the sink, the curtains were falling off the window and the air conditioner smelled awful when turning it on.

Location was convenient, staff was friendly and courteous, the room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was pretty disappointing. They shouldn't call it breakfast, honestly. They offer cereal, yogurt, plain bagels, and the use of a waffle maker.. and the coffee was basically water. When I see that a hotel offers breakfast, I am expecting something warm and nutritious. Even just eggs and bacon would have made a huge improvement. This place is in the middle of nowhere, so obviously the people staying here are most likely traveling. My husband and I were driving from Steamboat Springs, CO to Snyder, TX for my grandfather's funeral. An actual breakfast would have been greatly appreciated in the middle of nowhere on that trip.
