People having a party on the terras of the ground floor room with a Ghettoblaster on very loud. Further, during the night a constantly reoccurring loud noise, probably from cars starting in the parking next to my room, but sounded as a kind drilling.

The hotel was okay. Main areas clean like bed and bathroom. But windows were dirty. The main service at the desk was helpful. But hotel bar: restaurant area was slow service and food was salty.

Wonderful getaway for some peace and quiet for a birthday treat to myself and my boyfriend. Would recommend and use again.
The only reason I rated the cleanliness 4/5 is because I noticed one single ant in the bathroom but not at all was it an issue or something I noticed until night 2 of our stay with the trash cans used with old takeout containers from the day prior that normally would have been taken care of with regular room service had we not slept in and decided against such.
Still overall 5/5 exactly what I needed and wanted for my birthday

The toilet clogged in the morning which delayed our plans for the day since we couldn’t use the washroom for more than an hour while it got cleaned up. The staff was prompt to respond and cleaned up but didn’t expect something like this at Marriott.

Stayed at the Marriott for several. The rooms was clean and quiet just the I like. The breakfast was not included as I had chosen when I booked my room. The sink faucet leaked around the base of the cold water. I was not able to enter my due to key magnet mechanism needing to be recharged.

Mold on the ceiling and walls in our bathroom. Exhaust vent too small to properly ventilate the bsthroom. Was like having a rain forest in our hotel room. Even with Luke warm shower, everything in the bathroom was soak from condensation.
Tried another room, same issues.
Hotel wouldn’t refused to refund as they said we were moving to another hotel that was closer to bowling alley. What they didn’t say is it was also further from 3 of them we needed to go to! Could not tell you to stay away from this hotel enough!

Kelly was the best!! As I stepped hallway off of the elevator she greeted me with the most warmest smile. I've never been greeted that way in a hotel She was very pleasant with a welcoming personality. She asked me if I needed anything and how was my stay going so far. I will defiantly stay here again because of Kelly. As for the hotel itself, he could use some renovations and my bathroom was not clean like it should have been. Overall, I would come back especially if Kelly is working. She made my stay very pleasant. Thanks Kelly!!

It was our first time staying at this Marriott hotel and we will definitely come back again. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and the location was excellent. Also, the front desk receptionist, Kelly, was so polite, friendly and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to take of our needs. Additionally, Jennifer, in the dining area was very exceptional. So friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for making our stay very pleasant.

I was not happy with room I received it was not as advertised on Expedia. There was no balcony, no smoking. It was on 4th floor with terrible views. They had a difficult time finding my Expedia reservation-took a long time to check in. Front desk staff was not friendly. Price I paid on Expedia was more than if I booked directly!!!

The pool was so dirty, there was a film of algae on the bottom of it. Rooms are outdated. I reserved a room with 2 beds, I check in and get to our room with only one bed in it. I went to the desk to ask and they said they are sold out of 2 beds so she gave me a free breakfast buffet coupon which seems like everyone there had one so it really wasn’t compensated very well. All in all I would not suggest this hotel. 10 years ago it was great. Not worth the price of almost 300$ for 2 nights!
