It was a great place to stay. The pool was heated. My kids and I enjoyed it after driving for 12 hours.

Everything was great except the tv is very small. We did find a couple of pieces of trash left from the last guest that stayed before us.

I am still uncertain that I will not be double charged for this stay. The front desk insisted they did not receive the payment from Hotels.com although I had a receipt that I had paid. This was due to a wrong expiration date of my credit card from the info the hotel received from Hotels.com. I spoke with a virtual agent and he told me the problem will be resolved. I got an email this am from the front desk that makes me not so sure.

The lady who checked me in kept saying they might charge me twice for the room since I used Expedia. But she said she took care of it. The hotel is ok, but needs some repairs. TV too small. Hotel needs to be updated. Old bathroom, microwave, refrigerator.
Morning lady was not too friendly. For this area there are better hotels at that price.

Staff were excellent. Very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately the room was a little less so. Shower drain did not work well so I was standing in 3” of water and the bathroom in general was not in great shape.

The lady who check us in was super friendly and just absolutely amazing. Hotel was in awesome shape, the whole place was clean. The breakfast was amazing.

Location and parking where very good. Facility and room had a unpleasant smell. Bathroom was in need of updating and repair.

Check in was not great. The clerk behind the counter was doing something on the computer when we came in and didn’t greet us. Finally looked up and asked how she could help us. She seemed a bit disinterested in us and the entire time she had very loud hip hop music playing in the lobby. We were very glad to get our room keys and get out of the lobby.
Hotel looked clean everywhere we went. Room was tight but clean. Breakfast was ok. I appreciate being able to grab breakfast at the hotel to get on the road quickly. This did not disappoint. There were modest hot options and then cereal, yogurt, etc. appreciated.

We were disappointed with the pool. We always book a hotel with a pool and it only had ladders not stairs down into it. They had a handicap lift but was not worth it for us since neither of us are handicapped but can’t really use the ladder either.

This is was a pleasant place to stay all around. Popcorn and other snacks in the lobby. However, the desk attendants spent more time looking at their cell phone and sitting against the back wall than greeting customers....they could have made the experience amazing, but their lack of interest in greeting folks coming and going was highly disappointing and leaving one curious about security.
