Everything was beautiful. The view from my room was stunning. It was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the executive lounge was delicious and fresh. The location is walkable. I would definitely stay here again.

Love this location. When we arrived at the pool it had many leaves in it. We asked the pool boy to clean it and he did right away. The ventilation in the room was noisy, and the front desk guy had a bit of a poor attitude during check in but otherwise a very nice stay.

When we first arrived, the hotel staff was on strike and many amenities were unavailable. That was resolved the next day. Although the staff was friendly the concierge‘s desk recommended a tour bus that was more transportation than a tour and unavailable and full the three times we attempted to get on the bus. The restaurant only offers Buffet breakfast on weekends which was over priced. We attempted to order breakfast à la cart on Monday before checking out, but after we were given a menu and ordered we were told it was unavailable, because it was a holiday and they were only offering Buffet. Upon leaving we called for a luggage cart, which did not show up. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly just not very attentive.

Worst day of my first visit. The water supply to the entire hotel was cut off from 7PM to 12AM. I was not contacted or compensated for it. The room was full of dust and I changed rooms as soon as I got there but it was the same. There were 3 staff during the busy check-in time but one was only for VIP members and the other 2 were not enough to serve the guests. I will never pay this amount of money and stay here again. There are better hotels around. If you are thinking of choosing this place just for its reputation, go somewhere else.

The location was great. The beds were comfy. The bathroom has a buzzing sound, but when it could not be fixed within an hour we were moved to another room with the same lovely view of the old city.

Very clean. Great staff. Concierge had wonderful restaurant recommendation for birthday dinner and even sent a small gift of snacks to the room while we were out! My daughter loved it the special touch.

This was an exceptional experience we had at the hotel. The room and executive lounge was excellent. The location was just perfect. The differentiator was the superior service provided by the staff. Alicia was amazing with her work and really made our vacation extra special. Kudos for the efficient,Courteous and amazing service.

Close to the tourist spots. Beautiful mountain and city sight. The bathroom is gorgeous but very small. Only downside is that we had coffee pods and tea bags but no complimentary water bottle. Cleaning staff asked if our room had been cleaned we said no and she stated she will comeback but once we came back the room was the same. Nevertheless we were comfortable and haply the hotel was in a safe and well known area.

Amazing property. Great room and view.
Called 4 times for a luggage cart when checking out. Had brunch reservation at Chateau Frontenac for 11am. Called 4 times between 955pm and 1030am only to have to pick up all of our luggage with our young kids and bring it down ourselves. When I shared this feedback with the staff, they had absolutely no concern or issue with it.

Nice room, bed, bathroom, tv, etc. couple negatives would be front desk reception was always dry.. they must be overworked with constant influx but a smile would be nice and proper instructions to find the underground parking at adjacent building (do not use first garage door, use the second one). The outdoor pool is not a bad idea if nice summer day but small and obiously not all year, also overrun by families with kids so the heated water was not that inviting..

We were coming o Quebec City for 1 night as our family was passing through on our way home to Ottawa. We had been to this hotel before so it felt familiar to us. We knew coming in he parking would be an issue based on other past reviews, especially with an suv with a Thule overhead — compounded with the service staff being on strike — the staff were lovely and so accommodating. We did have to park off site behind the Delta. It’s close and accessible - so it was not much of an issue once we were able to determine where to park our vehicle for the night.
The staff were great, the overall hotel is lovely and the kids loved the pool.
Parking anywhere in QB city is tough, go in with that expectation and you’ll have a great time. We would stay here again.

Great property and hotel. Staff were helpful and very welcoming. Great location for exploring as it is walking diatance to Petit Champlain and Chateau Frontenac. Only downfall of this hotel and why I did not give it a full 5 stars is because of the restaurant and lack of food options for dinner. We are not picky eaters at all, we love food lol and tyere were so few options on the menu,barely anything for the kids so we ended up having to leave after a very long day of walking. Its not that big of a deal if you know in advance but just prepare for that. Otherwise, fantastic location and hotel and staff!! Merci!

Great hotel, very clean and excellent condition.. very nice pool area with a great view .. had view of the Parliament building from our room.. short walk to Old Quebec and all the restaurants.. only negative was parking was not so easy and air conditioning in the room was not that effective

They left me a message that if I don't let them clean the room, they will force themselves in the room. So, I let them clean the room by removing the "Do Not Disturb" sign at 10:45 am. Once I came back at 11:30 pm, the room was not cleaned. All they told me: "Thank you for letting us know". Are they for real?
We booked for 5 people and there were only 2 queen size beds. When I asked for an additional bed, they told me I have to pay extra!

Very conveniently located. Right opposite to legislative assembly. 10 minutes to Fairmont Le Château Frontenac. Restaurants, COWS icecream all close by! Wonderful stay, staffs were very helpful and friendly, however the hotel was very busy due to long weekend. Small pool, packed with people.

We stayed overnight on our way to Nova Scotia. The location is within walking distance to Old Quebec City and a number of nice restaurants. It was a great overnight stay. The underground parking area is a bit dark and dingy.
