Stay was great.
A great location with a view of the Manhattan skyline.
All rooms were a good size.
The only bad thing was the lifts could do with a good service. One broke.
Apart from that - would recommend.

Room was updated and clean except for the night stands. Had to wait 15 minutes to check in as room was not ready but was compensated with free parking pass. Called 2 times to get a roll away bed delivered. Staff is friendly and the restaurant serves large portions of delicious food.

Fabulous stay at this hotel with panoramic skyline views. Room was generously spacious and meticulously clean. Quality toiletries, towels and hairdryer all available for use. There was an in-room safe. Water was provided in the room and tea/coffee making facilities. Staff members were friendly and welcoming.
The hotel has a restaurant/bar on site. In addition the hotel has a pool and gym facilities. Outside the property there is a great waterfront walkway.
There are excellent public transport options nearby.
The overall atmosphere in the hotel was one of tranquility during my stay. I hope to stay here again and am happy to recommend the Sheraton Lincoln Harbor.

I was so hesitant to stay here because of the negative reviews. However, it was not bad like people say. I dont know if Sheraton updated the rooms but no stained sheets, bed bugs, or broke down furniture. Beautiful views and quiet area. Could use brighter lighting though. I would stay here again

My stay was fantastic. This is our 3rd time in this hotel. Never had any issues. Always very clean. Amazing view! Staff is super friendly! Love this hotel!

I am not satisfied with the value of what I got compared to the price paid. Asset: ideal location for visiting Manhattan. Points to improve: the room was old, the light was so dim that we couldn't see anything in the room in the evening, wifi is chargeable (who still does that today?).

Very nice room with a mini refrigerator and it was stocked with towels and supplies, etc. The room also had a nice NYC view and was convenient place to stay. Loved the free parking and breakfast vouchers that came with our room this time. We love this hotel and the staff are all friendly and helpful. Our go to hotel for NYC and the surrounding area.

Great hotel in a convenient location with fantastic bus and ferry access to midtown Manhattan. Stayed on the 9th floor with excellent view of downtown city. Was debating about staying in a manhattan hotel or on the jersey side of the Hudson River and honestly for a lot better value and great city views at night in a peaceful area this can’t be beat. The hotel itself was fantastic with the breakfast included option resulting in virtually all options on the Al a Carte breakfast menu. And the food was excellent with generous servings. Will definitely come back here next time.

View is great. Breakfast and dinner are both fantastic! The front desk staffs (Jonathan helped us) are very friendly and helpful. Parking is convenient and ferry to NYC right downstairs makes it much easier to get to Manhattan. Will stay again next time!

Overall, the hotel is nice as it sits in front of the NYC view. The hotel is a bit outdated and the entrance to the hotel is broken (mesh -parking lot entry). The fee for parking is ridiculous.

The Hotel has the best views of the Manhattan skyline. The rooms are large and very comfortable. Stayed here many times and have never been disappointed. Beds are comfortable too.

After reading some of the negative reviews I was a little skeptical. And maybe some of the rooms that negative reviewers got were bad. However, the one we received with a city view was very, very good. Some of the furniture items were a little dated but were clean. The restroom was clean, the bed was clean, the entire room was clean. The views were spectacular. The area was very nice and the walk paths around the hotel were beautiful, peaceful and quiet. We felt safe in that neighborhood. Didn't see one roach or rat in the entire area in or around the hotel (which is very typical of NYC). We will definitely stay there again.

Property needs to be upgraded..our room was on the 7th floor and smelled musty. Bathroom small especially counter space for the sink. Air vent was full of dust in resturant. Bathroom in resturant was smelly and dirty. Coffee at breakfast watered down.

I bought a room parking space and paid higher than just room reservation through Expedia. But in the hotel they didn't accept that and charged me another 35 dollars for parking again. Means i paid for parking twice . One to expedia and one to the hotel.

Love this hotel!! If you want easy access to the city, this is the way to go. The ferry comes right up to the dock next to the hotel and takes you to Midtown, with a brief Hoboken stop first. (Buying tickets is so easy through the NY Waterway app)
The hotel is clean, a little dated BUT the rooms are extremely spacious (they're essentially all suites!), the restaurant is good, breakfast was great (BOH benedict!) The pool and gym are convenient and clean. Safe neighborhood within walking distance to a Whole Foods and some excellent restaurants and bars.
The packages that Expedia offers that include breakfast and parking cannot be beat. This is our favorite hotel for location, value and service!

Started with a negative impression from one of the front desk attendants who flat refused to accommodate a request to put two of my rooms in the same tower and floor. Short time later, Roy was able to arrange that and rescue my opinion of the hotel.

Price i was given by expedia was $1392 for 5 nights. Hotel charged me for an additional 30 dollars a night for the basic room charge. Also 10 dollars a night for internet is ridiculus when most hotels that is free

My family and I had a wonderful stay, the room was very clean when we arrived. Our room was very comfortable at night and the beds were also very comfortable. Our room was quite spacious and our view was even better. Any staff that we did interact with during our stay were helpful and friendly. My family and I also enjoyed food from the on site restaurant. I would certainly recommend staying here, and I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Roy at the front desk was excellent! He was knowledgable, helpful compassionate and competent. Another front desk attendant, whose name I did not note, was unfortunately incompetent and unwilling to accommodate.

The reception staff are very bad and the restaurant is also bad and the waiting time is two hours for breakfast! Some of the restaurant staff treat the visitors in a worse way. I had a question to the reception and I was answered in a completely impolite manner.
