Our view was the freeway, but the noise was not too bad. We stayed two nights and were surprised that our bed was not made (we had left $3 on the bed). The towels were changed though. Very nice breakfast

Room was spacious and comfirtable. Building in need of major TLC. Neighborhood, people in sleeping on the sidwalk. Wouldn'tleave hotel unless I was going somewhere.

We go into our room and always check for bugs first thing. Opened the coffee pot lid and there were ROACHES in there! On top of a dirty sock under the table and a floor that has not been vacuumed in quite some time. Immediately go down to front desk. Their solution was to move us to the room next door. I said that’s not good enough as roaches travel through walls so they said they would move us floors.. to the room directly above. I asked for a refund and was told no they can’t do that. Zero accommodation for something not in my control! So disgusted!

Away from Broadway which was nice, but neighborhood was a little rougher which is to be expected for the price. Easy to get to different places in the area. Breakfast options were good each morning.

The staff (especially front desk) is rude and does not have any phone etiquette. As many times I asked for his assistance, he was not very accommodating. Customer service is very poor! The room in which we stayed had stains on the carpet, hair in each drawer, and the tile needed to be swept real good. At one point we found a tiny cockroach crawl in the bathroom underneath the vanity.

I arrived well after check in time and I was given a dirty room that had not been cleaned from the prior occupant.
The bathroom walls looked like they had not been cleaned in ages with clumps of stuff on them.
Front office staff was not welcoming and unfriendly when I had to have my cards fixed as they would not open side doors.
The breakfast was surprisingly good with multiple options. Food was hot and ready on time.

It’s ok. Just an average hotel. The front desk people are nice. The bathroom had mold in the shower.

This place is worth staying at for the price, ease to get to and it was quiet. The breakfast is nothing special but you can get eggs and sausage, waffles and the normal other fare.
The room was a decent size but again in an accessible bathroom there is no shelf to put anything!
The staff were pleasant.
Not much food options around but there is a McDonalds and a Taco Bell

This hotel was in a good location to get around Nashville easily. The room could have been cleaned better. The blackout curtains in our room did not close, we tried everything but they were not movable. The check in and out process was easy and the staff was nice. We did not use the amenities nor ate breakfast. Overall was decent stay.

Our room smelled bad. They had just used an ozone machine prior to us getting to the room and there was a haze in the room. Called the front desk and they told us not to worry about it, it was safe. We only stayed one night and were barely in the room. Breakfast was good.

Took a shower and the tub filled up and wasnt draining, had to stop the shower in the middle get out and wait for the tub to drain a bit to finish the shower. Told the front desk, was told they'd look at it. Went to use the shower later and a bunch of black hair came up from the drain, my hair is red, let it drain out and the same thing continued happening. After a day out the towels and trash were changed but the bed wasn't made not sure why half the room was cleaned. Would have been nice to have a room that I was able to shower in.

This is a wonderful hotel to stay at. We got in late and had an easy check in. The room was clean. Beds well fine. It is located just off the interstate and very convenient. We would choose to stay here again if needed!

I would recommend to have a gated parking lot in the area as my friend’s car was stolen from the parking lot and left us without transportation the entire time we were there.

This hotel is right off the interstate and super close to downtown Nashville. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They even have a "Hollywood" Transport if you don't want to drive downtown. Super great experience. Family friendly also- which is always a plus.

never had to put a deposit down and ive stayed here atleast times. last time i stayed worker said they always charge a deposit which was a lie because ive never had to pay that

I was not a big fan of the hot breakfast, everything had peppers (could be because of the location) breakfast area was very small for the amount of rooms in the hotel. Everything else seemed great. We were a last minute reservation theough a third party app and everything went smooth.
