This hotel is quite conveniently located from DFW and it has a nice restaurant for dining and a wonderful breakfast in the morning. It also has a free happy hour which was a nice perk. The staff was all very friendly, and we were happy that there was a shuttle to the airport. We have stayed here a couple times and will stay again in the future.

We arrived around midnight and were given a room that the a/c was not working properly. The young lady at the desk was wonderful! She moved us to another room, but, there were dirty towels on the floor and the patio door was open. So I went back to the desk and she was embarrassed. She left the desk to go check four other rooms we could be moved to and found one that was good. She was wonderful! Once we got in our room about 1:30 am, we began to shower and the tub was leaking under the tile in all the bathroom. My daughter’s shoes were ruined because they were soaking wet. The water wet the carpet all outside of the bathroom area. I did let management know the next day but no one really acted like they were concerned. They just wanted to move us again. We had my infant granddaughter with us and moving so many times was already horrible. We took shorter showers so the area wouldn’t get flooded. I can only imagine things will begin to mold and get really nasty, not to mention that the room below us will flood at some point. Needless to say, we will no longer stay at this Embassy Suites. The maintenance is obviously not kept up here. While waiting on the wonderful young lady assisting us the night we received, another person came up and was also talking about how they had been moved as well.

I like everything and only had one issue that that the headboard was scratched up. But other than that everything was very good. Breakfast was good, drinks at bar were good excellent and the swimming pool was available and clean for my grandkids to use. Overall property and service was excellent!!! Would definitely stay again!!!

The first room we got the bedroom was so hot. The air was set on 65 and it never got below 75. They moved us to another room a couple doors down and the air was a little better but not much. There was 1 plug in that worked in the whole suite. The bathroom tile was broken and just sat up against the wall. The bathtub drain was broken along with the tub being dirty. The ceiling in the bathroom was also brown and the door to something in the ceiling wasn’t even closed all the way. We did not receive a guest bag like everyone else.

Pros: Beautiful property overall. Great dining facilities. Cons: limited outlets and no USB connections. Towels seemed old and very rough. Air conditioning was not working properly in part of the room.

Embassy of old ... room decor from the early-mid 80's, furniture at least 20 years old. Very poor lighting in the room, again reminiscent of the 1980's hotel, but nice enough, just old. No (absolutely none) USB outlets and we never could get the WiFi to work. Staff were "obligated" to help, but were not welcoming or overly accommodating with the exception of the omelet chef. She was very high energy and kind to the guests.

Disappointed at the lack of greeting when we arrived at 830pm. Felt like an inconvenience to the check in staff. They asked if I had my car with me, then said I had to pay $15/day to park even though I had a paid room for the night... Room had obvious, previous water damage in the bathroom. A/C was set to 65, but it was hot in the room and thermostat was not able to be changed. Very disappointed. (Had higher expectations.)

I was charged twice , the room Lacked towels, phones don’t work, but more importantly the receptionist added my credit card to someone else’s room . She was very careless , was not listening to me when I gave her my information.

The hotel is beautiful BUT furniture is extremely old. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. We will definitely stay again.

The sink in the bathroom stunk like sewage smell, the pillows were think, felt like i was sleeping on a Vinyl pillow cause the linens felt like it. The bathroom shower was leaking from a drain in ceiling so it dripped all night. The air conditioning didn't work well, it was hot in room and the ac was on 65. The door to bathroom is falling apart at the bottom.

Left my credit card at the restaurant. Wasn’t aware of that, I then had to board my flight. Called later and and manager found my card. I didn’t fly back in till a week later. Went to collect my card, but no one could find it. A bit upset. Could you help me with this? Thanks!!

Hotel was great except there was no shower curtain for the shower

The hotel needs updating, and they stop serving breakfast at 9am. I’m on vacation not going to work.

I been to many hotel close to airports. But this was a great place to stay. The building is a little antiquated but the service is good and morning breakfast is great. Afternoon happy hour is a great touch to relax and get 2 comped drinks.

Relatively clean and well-managed property

The front desk staff booked me into a occupied room when they had seen my ID with my name and I had a reservation already went back to the front desk and they didn’t even offer anything. They just said we’ll get you another room.

Was terrible rooms wasn’t sanitized

Great hotel,needs some work. My room shower leaked from the ceiling. U can tell its been this way for a while the bathtyb was stained from the water. The headboard was peeling from the leather that wasn't to appealing made the bed look as if it was dirty.Small things like this shouldn't be over looked. I didn't report the leak due not want6 to pack up and move to another room.The elevator was extremely slow..

The breakfast is an ideal seller for my visits… it makes it easy and exciting to get up and tackle the day without having to find food. The lines had no direction, crowd cluttered together in disorganization… utensils ran out and there was no seating available. Someone manning the area, like a hostess would have addressed the lack of efficiency.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with Embassy Suites. Our air conditioning did not work. We tried to call the front desk but the phone wasn’t working. The front desk gave us 2 box fans for the night. We were miserable. When the sun came up the bedroom was so hot that we had to move to the living room couch. This morning when we were checking out I thought I would mention it to the manger that just happened to be at the front desk. I was checking out and purchasing drinks for the drive. I waited for about 5 minutes until he finally acknowledge me. He was completely non apologetic or offered any type of solution except for 2 drinks. We paid 200$ to stay in a sauna.

Bed room had a hole in the wall, bathroom really small

Our room was almost 80 degrees we ended up having to switch rooms. Will not be back!

Room was nice but missing some essentials like the ironing board to supplement the iron. Tue breakfast was the worst i’ve had and was served from single use plastic / cardboard cups. Felt like I’m destroying the planet

It’s old and a tired property… with very poor service staff

Didn’t have made service for 3 days. I was little put off by it.

The first room we got reeked of cigarettes even though i asked for a non smoking room. We were moved to an other room and the furniture was falling apart. In addition there were kids screaming and running all over with no control of parent and the staff diodo anything to correct the problem. So it was noisy until 12 am and the kid started running and playing with elevators since 6 pm. Really bad experience.

Avoid Embassy Suites Dallas At All Costs! They Put My Wife's Health at Risk! My recent stay at Embassy Suites Dallas was an absolute nightmare. If you're looking for a safe and comfortable place to stay, look elsewhere! Here's why: Unhygienic and Unsafe Rooms: Finding a clean and safe room felt impossible. We specifically requested a sanitized room upon arrival, but were met with disappointment. The first room had dust bunnies rolling across the floor and a visible stain on the bedspread. The second room wasn't much better, with a clogged bathroom sink and a lingering musty odor. After three frustrating room changes, we finally found one that wasn't blatantly dirty, but it certainly wasn't what we paid for. To make matters worse, the room was riddled with holes in the walls. This became a major safety hazard when my wife reached for the ironing board to iron our clothes. The entire shelf holding the ironing board came crashing down due to improper installation or loose screws, landing directly on her right shoulder. Inedible Breakfast and Uncaring Staff: The "hot" breakfast was a complete joke. Imagine our disappointment when we arrived at the breakfast area expecting a steaming buffet and were greeted by a cold, unappetizing spread. Rock-hard scrambled eggs, lukewarm sausage links, and stale pastries were all past their prime. The hygiene standards here also left us questioning the safety of the food. This "breakfast" was a far cry from what was advertised
